What do you like best about TierPoint?

Their reliability is totally exemplary. We very rarely see any issues with their services and when there is going to be any expected downtime they are very proactive about reaching out to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TierPoint?

I honestly do not have much to highlight here. TierPoint is truly one of our best vendor partners. The only comment I may have to bring up is that sometimes there is a bit too much in the portal interface and it becomes challenging to digest it all. But this is a minor complaint. Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:

TierPoint is a tremendous vendor for us and their support has been excellent. There is nothing I currently know of that would cause us to move away from their services and we are planning to continue expanding out business with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to move the majority of our servers offsite with TierPoint and this has been a tremendous improvement for our infrastructure spend and business continuity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
