What do you like best about Tidio?

I like the combination of Flows and Lyro AI. The visual automation builder makes it easy to create welcome messages, collect leads, and handle common customer questions without coding. Its Shopify integration is another advantage, especially for accessing order information and helping customers during their shopping journey. What do you dislike about Tidio?

Building complex automation flows can take some time, particularly when multiple conditions are involved. The pricing structure is another thing I would reconsider because additional AI conversations can increase costs as the business grows.
