What do you like best about Tidio?

It is very effective in responses. Once the knowledge base is loaded, it connects topics and formulates good responses. I am using it only as a chatbox on the site, and in some cases, leads have come directly to the contact form or the agenda. It is easy to add to a site made with WordPress. What do you dislike about Tidio?

The widget's loading added time to the site's load, we added a 3-second delay with JS and it was resolved. There was never a need to request support, so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

What it solves are the frequent and simple questions, that's one thing. On the other hand, visitors are more encouraged to ask/interact because there is no identity (we do not request it) and no delays in responses. And it doesn't matter if the question is very basic, no one judges that when the bot responds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
