What do you like best about Tidal LightMesh?

1. The user interface is clean and intuitive – no steep learning curve.

1. We'd love to see tighter integrations with more third-party tools (e.g., Terraform, ServiceNow).

2. Role-based access controls could be a bit more granular.

What problems is Tidal LightMesh solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidal LightMesh is solving the complexity of IP address and subnet management across dynamic environments like cloud, on-prem, and hybrid networks. Previously, we relied on spreadsheets or outdated systems that were error-prone and hard to scale. LightMesh centralizes everything with a clean interface, strong audit trails, and collaborative features that make it easy for multiple teams to manage IP space without conflicts.

The biggest benefit is visibility and confidence—knowing exactly what’s allocated, reserved, or available at any point in time. It’s reduced our provisioning time significantly, improved accuracy, and helped us avoid IP conflicts, especially across environments and regions.
