## TickTick Reviews
  ### 1. TickTick Keeps Me Organized with Eisenhower Matrix, Notes, and Smart Reminders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan K. | Project Manager, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

Given my role as a project manager, if I don't have a clear system for my small tasks, I miss details, so on a personal level I use TickTick to help me stay organized. I use the eisenhower matrix function a lot to segment my tasks into urgent and important, and important but not urgent, when I have weeks with several parallel projects and this helps me not to get lost in the immediate. On the other hand, I find it very useful to be able to use the note editor within each task, as after quick meetings with colleagues I leave quick but organized notes there, such as links to files, names and ideas to look up. I also like how the date specific reminders work and the calendar view to quickly see if I have tasks piling up too close to important meetings.

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

I experienced some limitations when I wanted to use it in a more collaborative way. My direct team is small, and when we tried sharing some lists for followup, it worked, but at times the updates and shared lists ended up becoming a bit messy when several of us added things. But I understand this situation because TickTick's focus is on personal professional productivity.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently TickTick is basically the place where I can jot down anything quick that I don't want to forget. For example, if someone mentions on a call that they will send a document on Friday, I create a task at that moment. This way, my daily management is clearer, I have a fairly visible list of pending tasks, followups are not so easily lost, and when I have a week full of meetings, I can check the calendar to see if I am leaving everything to the last minute.

  ### 2. Different ways to write and view a list

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** César C. | Student, Medical Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

I like that the platform is very simple to use, it fulfills its function perfectly, it has many options for making lists, with different views, which is great.

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

I don't like that you can create sublists of other lists, I would like it if you could.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of loose assignments that I need to organize, and I really like this application to have several lists.

  ### 3. Fast, Smooth, and Easy Task Management with Subtasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

It’s easy to use and easy to get started with—you can just jump in and start making tasks right away. I really like having subtasks, and everything feels fast and smooth when clicking around and opening things. Plus, it’s free!

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

The widget integration could be better. It looks good, but I feel like it could be more engaging and let us do more things directly from the widget. I also wish more of these features were included in the free version, because right now too much is behind a paywall.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to track the tasks I need to get done across different projects, and it really helps me stay organized. With a simple click, I can create a task and know I need to finish it later.

  ### 4. Easy-to-Use Dashboard with a Clean, Modern Layout

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrice C. | Digital Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

The dashboard is easy to use and I love the look and layout of it

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

No major issues but I doubt I am a power user. It gives me a great place to plan and organize my tasks and calendar

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the integrations of Gmail and Google Calendar, it lets me do everything in one app. Still sorting out connecting Notion and Slack to get even more use out of it

  ### 5. Keeps Me on Track, but Takes Up Too Much Device Storage

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ceanna L. | Executive Adminstrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

That it keeps me on track from one task to the next.

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

Its another app that I have to download on my device that takes storage I could use for something else.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy being able to remove a task from my list of duties I need to complete, and I also like the color settings. The app doesn’t look boring; it feels personalized to me.

  ### 8. Ideal for keeping all tasks in order.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

One thing I like about TickTick is that it allows me to annotate tasks in seconds and it's possible to create tasks directly from email. On the other hand , the lists and sub-lists are another thing I like since they are ideal for grouping tasks by specific activities [such as meetings, academic deliverables or administrative tasks in my case].

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

In my experience with TickTick I've had no usability problems, it has helped me enormously to organize myself better and it's the tool that best suits my current needs.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TickTick combines well simplicity with functionality so managing tasks becomes much more agile; it definitely helps me to easily visualize what I need to do in a day or week, as well as to manage time and prioritize correctly.

  ### 9. TickTick is a task management app with multi-platform syncing and comprehensive feature set!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

TickTick offers web functionality and has a full set of desktop and mobile apps, providing flexibility for users to manage tasks across different devices.

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

It's not easy to migrate from an previous task management tool to TickTick. I used Microsoft To-Do, though I had to recreate the Orgs and nested tasks again in TickTick.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help keep track of tasks offering several methodologies like Eisenhower Matrix, Taskboards, or Simple todo lists. It also has inbuilt Pomodero which helps keep balance between work and breaks.

Further, It syncs across my Windows laptop, android phone, android tab and galaxy watch. It further has integration with Alexa.

  ### 10. Using TickTick helps a work team stay focused and organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian I. | Quality Assurance Automation Tester, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about TickTick?**

It includes user-friendly features that support us in test cases. For example, the subtasks function is particularly helpful in breaking down complex cases into smaller, more manageable steps, which makes them easier to track and execute efficiently. We may also keep track of pertinent documents and proof of test results by attaching files and links to each task.

**What do you dislike about TickTick?**

It is a great application for managing daily tasks, but one drawback is that it doesn't have any sophisticated data analysis features to provide in-depth information on the productivity of the team.

**What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team's cooperation and organization have greatly improved thanks to TickTick. More transparency in project progress and improved team communication are ensured by the capacity to make comprehensive task lists and assign particular tasks.
