It's a really simple tool to implement. No administration from our end and an ability to add more than one 'survey' if want to ask our employees how they feel about other specific subjects such as remote working. Our employees love that it is quick and easy to complete and that they can submit ratings or comments to us whenever they want to share their thoughts with us. It's also very cost effective. Not much! It would help if we could see the analysis more readily in excel or have more functionality to export the data, but other than that the functionality is great and they are always happy to amend it to our requirements and respond really quickly to any requests.
