Keap allows small business owners like me to build systems and automation to run, grow, and scale our businesses. As a solopreneur just starting out, I couldn’t hire an assistant to help me schedule appointments or send out emails, and I was losing potential clients because I wasn’t following up consistently. My business felt chaotic. Keap helped me create processes that run practically on autopilot, so I can focus on working on my business while still serving my clients. It’s like having a couple of extra employees. Now that they’ve merged with Thryv, I also get top-of-funnel support: I can manage all of my online business listings in one place, schedule social media posts, and use trackable phone numbers so I know which marketing avenues are working best (and more). I also love that Thryv has an onboarding process with team members who help you get everything set up, so you aren’t left trying to figure it all out on your own. On top of that, there are some amazing new AI features that use Thryv’s marketing phone numbers to automatically categorize calls and messages based on their content. If someone is a solid potential lead, it can automatically add them into the Keap CRM funnels. I LOVE this feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thryv? Keap is a very robust platform, which also means there’s a bit of a learning curve. They provide training and plenty of resources to help you learn, but it still takes some time to fully understand everything it can do. Now that Thryv is also in the mix, it can be a little frustrating that you have to go to two different places to manage things. That said, I know they’re working hard to merge both platforms and make them interactive, which is amazing - it just takes time to accomplish. I’ll also say that having both platforms can be a bit pricey. It would be great if they could offer billing that encompasses both Thryv Marketing Center and Keap, so it doesn’t feel like it’s breaking the bank for some smaller businesses. Keap helps me create processes for collecting leads, following up with them and converting them to customers. It automates all of the things that I routinely do, freeing up more of my time. It helps me automate my appointment scheduling so that I do not have to keep emailing back and forth to find times that work. Instead, my prospects and clients can just choose a time from my calendar availability and schedule themselves - AND my Keap account sends out email reminders for those appointments. It has helped me run my business more efficiently. Now that Thryv Marketing Center is also a part of my tech stack I don't have to worry about whether or not all of my online listings are up to date with new information - I just update it in Marketing Center and it is updated over all the online listings. I am able to easily see my reviews and respond to them in one place as well as keep up to date with my sites analytics.
