  ### 1. All-in-One Thryv Platform That Streamlined Our Workflow and Saved Us Money

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

The single Thryv platform has replaced multiple other platforms we used daily in our business, creating substantial overall savings and making it easier to move through every part of our workflow. We use most aspects of the Thryv platform on a daily basis and value how seamlessly everything is integrated, including invoicing, CRM, campaigns and communications, website development and updates, and scheduling and events. The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn, and we took full advantage of Thryv’s tutoring process to speed up our adoption. We also truly appreciate their responsive customer service.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The biggest drawback with Thryv is the learning curve. It’s such a capable, highly customizable platform that it simply takes time to learn all the ins and outs. Thryv’s onboarding process is very thorough, which helped a lot with company-wide adoption. Now that we’re competent using all aspects of the platform, our remaining complaints are mostly minor, niggling issues around how certain CRM functions integrate with campaigns and communications—especially the way TAGS can be used (or not used) to filter clients.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest plus with Thryv is its competent, multi-functional setup, which has allowed us to replace more than five different incompatible platforms. That has led to substantial savings and a smoother workflow, since most aspects of our business are integrated into a single platform. In particular, the CRM integration with our website and communications (SMS and email) captures all client-initiated interactions and helps us respond quickly to questions and requests. TAG filtering also makes it easier to run more focused campaigns. The website is straightforward to edit through the Thryv platform, so we can handle changes in-house instead of relying on a third party, along with the extra costs and delays that usually come with that.

I love everything about Thryv, from the customer service to the impressions I see happening in real time - this is service that delivers!

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

I can't say that there's anything that I don't like about Thryv. But I will say that when it comes to social posting, it makes a huge difference when you have a dedicated team member working specifically on your calendar.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can monitor all lead calls that come in, making sure our sales team is hitting their mark without hovering over them - it gives me the tools to hold meetings with meaning without assumptions - the recording is right there for me and the sales team to review and correct where there needs correction and praise when praise is due.

Reliability has been up since Thryv took Keap over.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

I have all I need for now. Many of the previous issues I saw have been addressed.

**Recommendations to others considering Thryv:**

Plan before you jump in and import customer/lead data. Plan your customer tags, custom fields, etc. Plan for contigencies, as with any new system. Do all the free training they offer, it helps.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will be able to combine several tools I use now, into workflows that run only in Keap. The ability to replicate current manual workflows from my existing CRM tool, and build complex workflows that will run automatically is a big bonus. I will save time and money, plus my data should be more accurate as I am less involved in hands on management of it.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I love Thryv's unified dashboard that bundles scheduling, client messages, and review tracking in one spot. The automatic SMS and email follow-up templates save me tons of manual outreach work, and I can quickly pull client metrics to wrap up our monthly internal reports with minimal extra steps. We use Thryv to manage all client communications, appointment bookings, and online review monitoring for our firm. It consolidates all client workflows in one dashboard, cuts repetitive manual follow-ups, and simplifies monthly client data reporting. Thryv's review management and automated outreach fit our client retention workflows better than other options, and importing our client contact list and building basic team user profiles only took an afternoon.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Its API functionality is really limited, making custom connections to our internal reporting database tricky. Brand customization for booking pages is rigid, and exporting large client interaction datasets often lags when we pull monthly performance records. The minimal Zapier triggers and lack of full open API block us from auto-syncing client activity to our internal analytics database. We have to manually copy monthly client records instead of setting live data pipelines. Also, booking page brand styling only lets us tweak basic colors, and bulk history exports stall with our hundreds of client entries each reporting cycle.

Thryv consolidates client communication, scheduling, and reviews into one dashboard, saving hours from switching platforms. Its automated SMS/email features reduce manual follow-ups, and it simplifies monthly reporting with built-in data, avoiding messy cross-tool exports.

I love Thryv's integrated self-service appointment scheduler bundled with automated SMS and email reminders, which gives a significant daily efficiency boost for coordinating demo meetings. This feature helps reduce the time spent on back-and-forth emails and phone messages and cuts down our demo no-show rate. I appreciate how this scheduling tool seamlessly integrates with Thryv’s contact database, automatically populating contact details and allowing me to add notes about project needs and target budgets easily. Thryv serves as a critical tool for early-stage lead capture and meeting coordination, complementing our main CRM system, Less Annoying CRM, and filling a vital gap in our lead management workflow.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

One key area Thryv could refine is the absence of pre-built custom fields and ready-to-use industry templates designed for custom software and program development workflows. Every project-specific data field has to be manually configured from scratch for each new lead record, creating redundant repetitive admin work day-to-day. For example, whenever I log a prospective client exploring bespoke inventory tracking platforms or custom healthcare clinic management software, I’m forced to manually build out individual custom fields to capture critical BD details: their preferred development tech stack, targeted project delivery timeline, allocated development budget range, and any mandatory third-party tool integrations they require for the finished program. Since we field dozens of new inbound development inquiries monthly across retail, logistics and healthcare verticals, rebuilding these identical data fields repeatedly eats into time reserved for client outreach and partnership negotiations.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Thryv to streamline demo scheduling and reduce lead mismanagement. It eliminates email back-and-forths, cuts demo no-shows in half, and consolidates lead info to avoid data loss, freeing me to focus more on partnership terms and less on logistics.

KEAP is now Thryv. It’s a new name, new logo, new brand, but the same software I’ve depended on to run my business for the past 20+ years.

I’m happy with Thryv and thrilled that Keap isn’t going away. The new features feel a bit overwhelming, but that comes with learning new platforms.

The main problem I've solved is nurturing my leads and tracking my sales. I've got reports so that I can see how my sales THIS month compare to the same month last year and the year before. This has been invaluable to me.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Continued features being added into Thryv - AI, automation, lead generation, and more. I still think a major differentiator of Thryv is the support team and the ability to call someone in the US, talk to them, and get real answers that Chatbots and other tools aren't good at helping a customer with. Product knowledge is the key to Thryv success - both by the support team and the partners.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The knowledge base is not changing as rapidly and the product updates. Again, this is why the support team is so critical to a user's success.

Avoids manual entry of data, tracks and automates outdated back office processes.

Easy to setup and use. Easy to customize.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Your customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They can't fix a problem to save their butts, and constantly asking for the same data (Screenshots) over and over to identify the problem, but never fix it.

Your accounting software is full of bugs, but your customer service team is NOT the right group of people to fix it. Your developers are... And they don't bother trying to fix the issues.

Let's not mention how your software is now blocking my ability to send out announcements because of a bounce rate? So because my clients have bad email addresses, I can't send messages to the clients that HAVE good email addresses?

We are seriously considering dumping your software for lack of support.

Wish I had an answer that would please you, but I don't.

I like the customizable CRM, but thats the extent of whats good with your software. After two years of using it, I'm thinking your CRM is fine, but considering moving to Quickbooks.

Landing pages and email design options have improved over the past few years, helping me to design stunning marketing materials.

Some help files can be a little hard to find, but once I find them the content explains everything I need. The customer service team is a great help to help me find any support documents I can't locate, or answer my questions and help me solve my problems.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with clients and leads, promoting webinars and training sessions.

Keap has also allowed for faster, easier payment processing making the transaction smoother for service provider and client alike.

While we continue to gather contact information, automate actions, communicate with clients, I've been keeping abreast of the Thryv enhancements and there are a lot on benefits for B2B and B2C companies.  

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

We continue to use the core functions of the original Keap platform.  We don't have any suggestions for improvement. 

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automations not only help with communicaiton but also streamline the reporting and invoicing process while helping us track most aspects of the process. Our processes have changed se we don't rely on this as much but it was critical in the early days of adoption.

I use Thryv for business management and communication with clients, and it helps me manage all the details for client scheduling, notifications, and revenue. I like that the training to get me started was clear and concise. I like their customer service, and I like that it's easy to use. They designed my website and were very accommodating to make the changes I needed as I added services. There were links I needed to send clients for scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing, and they were simple in explaining those. The initial setup was easy and great.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

{"I find the cost is high.","My business account with them doesn't do email automation.","I am chatting with my rep today to see if their platform \"keap\" is what i need to go with."}

It’s easy to use, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The AI tools are great, and the pricing feels very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The only downside was having to do the onboarding through Zoom meetings, but it really helped to have the salesperson in the office at the same time to guide me through the whole process.

We’ve been a bit slow to respond to reviews in the past, but now it’s really easy to do directly through the dashboard.

Thryv has allowed us to grow our Social media platform, the ability to send out campaigns asking for reviews and sending general information.  The review gen helps us stay on top of incoming reviews.

Thryv has the power for incredible automations, and allows you to automate almost anything.

It also provides a rest API, which can be used with AI (or Zapier) to integrate with almost any service you need.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Thryv is incredibly complex, confusing, and hard to use, even if you are tech savvy.  also, the order forms are sub-optimal.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest value in Thryv comes from the incredible automation power and its ability to integrate with most services

It’s easy to use and has a very friendly, intuitive user interface. Whenever I need help, support is available and ready to assist. Overall, it makes managing contacts and running campaigns much easier.

You can use Keap (now Thryv) for Email Marketing, funnels and as a CRM all in one place. We like the flexibility when it comes to creating marketing campaigns in the campaign builder. They have made some improvements to the visual builder side of things.

Still think the learning curve is a little steep... but if you already have a knowledge of building campaigns and funnels... then you should be fine, especially with some of the improvements to the visual builders etc.

Thryv has recently acquired Keap.  While Keap has been a force in the small to medium business space, the merger has created some uncertainty.  Keap is still continuing on and remains it's functionally the same 'self' but as a developer, I'm seeing many ask what it's future holds.  But this merger creates greater stability for Keap and Thryv is working hard to make the pair a better service.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

It seems that the appreciation and attention to developer community has been a bit dialed down.  Developers, especially those that focus on integrations, only can make thryv/keap more useful and accessible to their customers and investing in the developer community can only help drive more sales.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily focus on use of the api/rest as I'm a certified developer.  There needs to be exposure to the api for keap appointments and deals like there has been in the past for infusionsoft (keap max classic) opportunities and scheduled tasks.

Thryv is a broad CRM and tries to do many things all at once. I would suggest focusing on Mailing and Direct Email response.

Keap is solving the challenge of managaging, maintaining and curating a database of customers, products and emails. When it comes to emails its both about Transactional and Marketing messages. This heavy-lifiting is vital for our business and Keap is doing a great job of managing all of it from a centralzied location.

Provide better pricing. The pricing model of paying per user license and contacts list limits

Be mindful it's a lot to set up because it offers so much more than other CRMs. Pro tip: The Marketing Settings recommends to add DKIM to the records of the domain you'll be using to send marketing emails, but please contact your hosting company to help you set up an SPF record and possibly DMARC records, this will improve your email deliverability significantly!

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface update for the My Day page looks good but has many issues that are affecting the sales people's performance. We're working with our account manager and tech support to get them to fix it.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Since acquiring Keap, Thryv has made some helpful upgrades to small functionalities within the email marketing and automations. Things are a bit more user-friendly and emails are more customizable. We've also found that more of our tech-stack integrates well with Keap now.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

This CRM needs to make it easier to acquire useful analytics to improve marketing and webpages. They began building some tools for a while, then abruptly removed them. Until there is support for easily running analytics reports from Thryv, I can't rate them higher.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I like that after moving under Thryv, everything feels a bit smoother. The CRM, emails, and automations still work the way I’m used to, but the platform feels more stable now. I also noticed the scheduling and invoicing tools blend in nicely, so it’s still simple to use like before, just a little more polished.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

One thing I noticed is that the pricing can feel a bit high, especially when you start needing extra features. That’s the only area I feel could be better.

I can do email marketing, lead generation, email templates automated campaigns, and more under one roof. Keap has saved me a lot of time in my work. Because I have automated email marketing through keap.

Guess they changed their name again. While they are still trying to find their selves regarding naming they have a solid understand of CRM and business operation software. Working at an organization that uses SalesForce, i miss the simplicity of Thryv.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The company rebrands are the biggest area of improvement. The software has been solid for a while now but the organization still struggles with naming and branding. However, these shortcomings should do little to affect the average user.

**Recommendations to others considering Thryv:**

No matter the size of your organization if you are looking for a quality CRM at a good price with excellent customer service and room to scale as your business grows. Keap is a no-brainer because of its great pricing and an awesome team of customer support. They also give back and are constantly trying to make their platform better. The move from Infusionsoft to Keap is proof of how much the platform is continuously evolving for the better. Keap also integrates with almost everything and has a highly in-depth knowledge base so answers are always close by,

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing your customer database, segmentation, custom feilds all work great with Keap. Other benefits such as a robust email marketing interface and powerful invoicing tools make business alot easier and more efficient with Keap. You can manage 100s or 1000s of customers using Keap and even automate some of your reoccurring tasks. Keap is also made to scale. With a price that fits most small businesses and the power to grow with your business Keap has solve many of the core functions of the business.

After 13 years of using it, I'm very familiar with it...until they change things.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

They keep making updates that don't help our company at all, and there are bugs all the time. When contacting their support team, you have to teach them how to do what it is you're trying to do that is broken and they ALWAYS have to escalate it to a higher support member and get back to you. They usually get back with "we found no bug can you explain it again?"

After being connected to infusion for 20+ years, it takes a lot to move your CRM, which we always thought was a  negative, but we've been contemplating staying being a higher negative.

Nothing. An absolute scam! RUN from this company. Conroy, Zachary signed me up for 3 months. They could not even correct the office number online. This was a total waste of money!

nothing. It's overly expensive and is too slow. the support is quick to connect through.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Their sending ip address is on the 0SPAM blacklist. 
So my emails get bounced. 5% bounce rate. Really annoying when your paying $159 usd a month on an anual plan and the main feature of sending email doesn't work even properly. Let alone good. 
really unhappy with using keap. I've been on support 5 times to fix a couple issues with contacts getting sent the same email mutliple times. I've spent 2 hours on support and no one can fix the issue. since then, ive got spam complaints because i thought the support fixed the issue but people keep recieving the same emails.

their support is quick to connect. and they have payment integration so i can take payments at 1.5%
