"A Simple Way to Keep Customer Support Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

The best about ThriveDesk is how it brings customer conversations into one organized workspace. The shared inbox and ticket management features make it easier to keep track of requests, assign them to the right team members, and avoid losing important follow-ups. I also find the workflow automation and internal collaboration tools useful for handling different types of inquiries more efficiently. Overall, it provides a straightforward way to manage support communication and maintain better visibility across customer requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

I would like to see improved is greater flexibility in customizing workflows and reporting for more complex support operations. Some advanced configurations can take time to set up, and having more options for tailoring dashboards and automation rules would make the platform even more useful. That said, the core features are straightforward and work well for managing day-to-day customer support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
