What do you like best about Thrive?

We have been using Thrive for 7+ years. Implementation was smooth, including the implementation of combining multiple companies into 1 Thrive app. Consistent customer service and attention has always been key. Thrive employees understand the business as well as the technology needed to help drive our business ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive?

My biggest pet peeve is the ability to run reports out of Thrive that we can adjust and personalize before exported to excel. While I am aware they are working on this, it would make users nimble if they could do today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently building a vendor-managed inventory utilized in the Ecomm world. While we have been in Ecomm business for years, we were underutilizing Thrive as a resource to help us manage inventory at large ecomm retailers.
