There were a couple of times where things didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. I'm particularly picky, so it's hard to say if I'm being overbearing or just exacting, but I wish the website launch day had gone more smoothly. There were issues with the MX numbers connecting to my email account, which resulted in lost time and affected my ability to respond to clients quickly. In retrospect, if I had known there might be issues with the email connection, I would have preferred to launch at the end of the day Friday before Labor Day, to work out any bugs over the weekend.
