The ease of use to and ability perform application and network control functions, at scale, is far better than several others that I have used.
A few capabilities that particularly stand out are the ability easily control network access on a process-by-process basis e.g. only allow PowerShell access to M365 domains, as well as the being able to of report on allowed process and network activity, not just what was blocked. The ability to use the ThreatLocker console for both endpoint and perimeter network (syslog) firewalls is a real time saver. We are substantially more secure with ThreatLocker's prevention capabilities over any Endpoint Detection and Reaction (EDR) tool. We have a completely separate endpoint AV layer.
Endpoint and console performance are quite good considering the amount of data being handled. Support has been great with regular check-ins with account reps (sales & technical), and practically immediate chat response. Pricing is quite reasonable for the modules we use. It can sometimes be hard to keep up with the incremental releases. We don't deploy immediately but will stage releases and sometimes are still staging when new builds are released. Despite, these admin issue, we've never had any issues with the endpoints themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
