Hugely reduces the time/labour involved in getting to that rough cut stage. Likely much more competent at the fundamentals of tracing a strong thread through projects than I am, but still giving me the latitude to add my own stylistic and aesthetic input and flourishes. It's great!

I've been benchmarking it against past completed projects using the same footage and briefs and it does a brilliant job, taking minutes to get 95% of the way to what would take me literally days.
