What do you like best about ThoughtMetric?

I like the interface, the simplicity of using it. It's really easy to use and the information is presented in a simple and clear way, which makes decision-making easier. I appreciate how it links into Claude or other AI chats via the MCP, making it very easy to analyze the data. They always roll out new features, and the customer support is excellent. What do you dislike about ThoughtMetric?

I find the analysis of creative in the creative tool could be improved because it doesn't show the name, only a screenshot, which could be one of many different creatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ThoughtMetric solving and how is that benefiting you?

ThoughtMetric provides reliable attribution for advertising spend, unlike Google or Facebook. I can adjust budgets with a real source of truth.
