I like how ThoughtFarmer supports collaboration and communication and brings our multiple offices together so we're all united. I think of ThoughtFarmer as the “Volkswagen of intranets,” with so many unique features for basic to advanced users. It's easy enough for our marketing team to use without needing IT to run it. I appreciate the ease of use and the detail in planning and implementation. Customer service is always top notch, and they're eager to help. During onboarding, the team helped us develop a plan and implement it at a pace we could adjust to while maintaining our launch date. The initial setup was very easy, and the interface was easy to get used to. I’d like to see further integration with Microsoft products. While ThoughtFarmer does have integration, I still have to maintain security for ThoughtFarmer and on the Entra side. It would be ideal to have one glass pane to handle all security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
