What do you like best about thoughtbot?

The thoughtbot team is highly skilled, experienced and welcoming. I like that they took the time to understand our brand, our current position as well as our goals and objectives. What do you dislike about thoughtbot?

Thoughtbot overhauled our website, improving not only the look and feel but also bringing it up to speed with current trends in technology and functionalities.
