What do you like best about Thought Industries?

From the beginning, we had a seamless implementation with TI and from day one it's so easy to use.

I use TI on a daily basis, being an LMS Manager of my organization, I have to log in every day and make sure TI aligns with the needs of the organization.

TI provides a wide range of functionality and is best for internal as well as external users. I particularly like Panorama. Using TI in our organization, we are able to provide our customers with their own mini learning page, which gives them the ability to see how the learnings are being utilized, and they feel more engaged with the platform.

I have worked on different LMS, however, I have not seen this particular feature which is provided by Panorama.

The support team is very prompt, and our Customer Success Manager is very responsive and has been very helpful in ensuring we get the resources we need from TI and our difficulties are resolved promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

TI is an amazing LMS compared to other LMS I worked on and it has a lot of built-in features, however, I find the limitation to integrate the add-ons because of additional cost.

Sometimes the data in reports are not accurate and not reliable, so that is one of my concern areas with TI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thought Industries solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thought Industries helped us streamline our training offerings, we now have all our content in one place and everyone - Employees, Customers, Partners can access training from their specified Panorama. This gives us the ability to make customized content as per the needs of the audience, it helped us organize our content and user base.

The learning offerings purchasing from the learning site directly is easy and user-friendly. I like the Tag function which has made navigation so much easier and faster for the user. The ability to customize learner experiences by client with the help of Panorama has made the experience more meaningful for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
