I like how customizable the product is, you can add code to make it look and feel how you want. The multiple content options are also nice, the addition of micro courses has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though pages and widgets are customizable with code, it wasn't really built that way. For example, I'll use the 3 column widget to build out 3 cards/menu options with the code editor. I'll save it, come back later, and the code editor has added in random lines of code.

I've also found that some features are built in one area of the product, but aren't reflected to similar areas of the product. For example, if you add a link to a content widget, you'll be able to set that link to open in a new tab. However if you add links to your site (Design > Theme > Navigation Links) you can't set those to open on new tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
