What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Admin interface is easy to use, although some navigation inconsistencies. End user interface is also very clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

Very difficult integration with WebEx and Zoom. Reporting gives you the raw data, however end users (managers) don't have a way to report on their directs. Missing standard LMS features like waitlisting, allowing users to reschedule/cancel registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Thought Industries:

If you need a public-facing LMS that focuses on ecommerce, then Ti is the one to look strongly at. However if you want a fully-featured LMS for internal users, this might not be the one for your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thought Industries solving and how is that benefiting you?

Company needed an LMS to track employee and customer training and this LMS works. Benefits are we can now track compliance training fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
