What do you like best about Thinqi?

We use Thinqi as our LMS, and I really appreciate its ease of use. It's outstanding in managing compliance for all mandatory courses and training sessions, which previously required significant manual effort. We particularly love the support from the customer success and helpdesk teams, especially Lauren, who has been instrumental in integrating Thinqi into our processes. She's not just a support person but feels like part of our team, always available and providing impressive expertise. The initial setup was very easy, with Thinqi handling IT complexities, and Lauren delivered great training to our team. I like that it also integrates well with other tools, like our link to the HRIS. The team at Thinqi is always willing to help us overcome challenges, ensuring we have solutions that suit our needs. What do you dislike about Thinqi?

What problems is Thinqi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Thinqi to manage compliance and track mandatory courses accurately, saving significant time. It empowers line managers and staff with ownership over compliance and personal development. We are also using Thinqi to assist with talent development, and whilst this is in the early stages, it looks very powerful.
