What do you like best about ThinkWise?

ThinkWise aims at solving a problem that is often left unnoticed in an organization. Due to a lack of knowledge, tools, and data sometimes the management is unable to extract meaning out of employee feedback, surveys, and assessments. ThinkWise with its tools helps the management in taking various talent management and everyday decisions by helping them decipher the meaning behind the survey and assessment reports. What do you dislike about ThinkWise?

I did not dislike anything about Thinkise besides its pricing which appeared a little too pricey for small businesses and agencies. But overall the software is really good and worth a try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
