It was extremely helpful to be able to find customers of SaaS tools by sorting through Thinkeasy's list. We normally send projects to a recruiter and it takes days to find users of those software tools. It has sped up us accessing buyers of our competitor's software. The filters are somewhat limiting on their Thinkusers product. For example, I wanted to find customers of specific software tools but only speak with C-levels and VP's but they didn't allow me to exclude lower levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
