What do you like best about Think Simplicity?

Fantastic customer support. Robust solution with very little downtime. Unlike other provider systems that require clunky third-party middleware, their SimplyConnect™ platform integrates directly with your Property Management System. This means automated billing, instant guest name updates, and room-status syncing happen flawlessly. Reasonable Flat monthly rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What sets Think Simplicity apart is their exceptional customer support and deep understanding of hotel operations. Whenever we have a technical question or an unexpected outage, their support team responds immediately and stays on the line until it is fully resolved. They truly own their system and numbers, making them a highly dependable communications partner. They have the PMS integration with all major brands. We have had their service in our Country Inn & Suites hotel since we opened back in 2013. We have had very little issues with the service. We are converting to a Hyatt Select hotel and we plan on keeping as our primary voice provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Think Simplicity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Switching our hotel over to VoIP felt like a daunting task, but Think Simplicity made the entire process incredibly smooth. Everything arrived pre-programmed and ready to plug right in. Their team handled the planning, installation, and staff training flawlessly.
