What do you like best about Think Simplicity?

Think Simplicity has provided the absolute best customer service I have experienced. Every issue we have had has been resolved quickly, whether it is system- or human-caused. Transitioning from the original Hitachi system to Think Simplicity was the most seamless I have ever experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Think Simplicity?

Not really a concern, but there is a bit of a lag when maneuvering the online portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Think Simplicity:

I had zero input on the selection process moving from an obsolete Hitachi switch system to Think Simplicity. The vetting process had been conducted previously for other properties in our portfolio, but I was not disappointed. Our project required running Cat6 cabling to the admin offices for digital phones. The initial subcontractor was a moron. Think Simplicity quickly pivoted, took a recommendation from the hotel, and finished the cabling without delaying the project. They were very easy to work with, clearly communicating what was needed to transition the system. I have yet to experience another systems migration as smooth. In 4 years, the only system issues we've had relate to internet outages, not Think Simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
