We had three creative directions and no real way to choose besides internal taste. We put all three in front of real users and listened to them react out loud. Hearing what they noticed first and what pulled them in made the call obvious. Getting the right people for it was quick too since I could narrow the panel down to our actual audience instead of whoever happened to be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For pure gut-reaction creative work the session format leans a bit task-heavy. I had to word the prompts carefully so people reacted naturally instead of analyzing everything. Once I figured that out it was fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
