What do you like best about TheySaid?

When a user hesitates or goes quiet in the testing session the tool asks them what they are thinking right in that moment. That follow up is what makes product testing actually useful. In a normal session a user goes quiet and that ruins the whole momentum, this exact feature have helped us in every test cycle we ran and helped us design our software website 1 month earlier than planned. What do you dislike about TheySaid?

The visual appearance of the test prompt inside the live product is hard to customize. It works fine but if it blends into the product experience more naturally then that would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were about to redesign a core flow based on where we assumed the friction was. Testing with real users inside the live product showed the design team the actual problem. We would have shipped a redesign that fixed the wrong thing. Glad we caught it before that happened otherwise it would have been a costly mistake. The session data also gave everyone on the team a shared starting point which meant we spent way less time going back and forth and got into the actual work a lot faster than any redesign I have been part of before.
