The ability to easily create content of a variety of types for different platforms all in one place is highly appealing. The tool does an excellent job of scraping and collating data, the creation of the ICP was particularly impressive. At the end of the day The Wordsmith saves a lot of time and allows me as an agency owner to get more done faster. The customer service is excellent and the founder is also on hand to provide feedback to when it comes to using the tool.
