TherapyNotes continues to improve and expand. They have added AI documentation, enhanced outcome measures, secondary billing and more. It is user friendly, and even allows for custom notes. Generally it is functioning well and they provide updates when there are software issues. The pricing is fair when compared to other EHRs for Private Practice on the market.
