I love that TheLibrarian.io just works everywhere I need it. I use it seamlessly in WhatsApp, Email, and Slack without needing to go to the website. I like that I can instantly forward things in WhatsApp or start typing directly in Slack without launching a separate app. It's also 'stupidly easy' to set up, which made getting started with it a breeze.
