What do you like best about The Happiness Index?

Very intuitive and combines not only engagement related topics but also has a neuroscience based approach to surveys, allowing you as an HR to measure more than you can with a normal engagement measuring platform. What do you dislike about The Happiness Index?

Being a startup, there are certainly areas for improvement on the platform and opportunities to add more features in order to strive towards becoming one of the leading platforms in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Happiness Index solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me as a manager and also the HR to see beyond the question, "Are my people engaged?". You can see how happy and pleased they are with the company's culture but also with the environment you've set-up as a manager.
