Describe the project or task The Dot helped with:

We use The Dot for our major logistics needs from receiving, storage of goods to picking, packing and shipping our products to our customers globally. We also use The Dot's "Value Added Service" team with bundling and for special projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Dot?

It was a difficult decision to use a 3PL. We were placing a large amount of inventory and hard shipping deadlines in the care of another company. But we have found the management and the team at The Dot to be very aligned with our company's goals, Our SOP's, and our inventory accuracy. What do you dislike about The Dot?

There are no substantial dislikes. All relationships have miscommunications and misunderstandings from time to time, and we have had some. However, the management at The Dot has always been open, honest and eager to find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering The Dot:

Spend time up front in writing out clear SOP's for The Dot to follow. The Dot is great at following instructions, but they cannot read minds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Dot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem we had was finding a new facility with the appropriate amount and ratio of warehouse space to office space in Orange County. Using The Dot allowed us the flexibility of getting an office-only space and having all the logistics managed by The Dot.
