What do you like best about The Bot Platform?

I've used The Bot Platform in MS Teams. It's easy to use and very powerful. The support is superb. They treat you as if you're their most important client (I'm sure we're not ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Bot Platform?

Virtually everything I wish was in The Bot Platform is restricted by Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
