What do you like best about The Booking Tool?

It allows customers to book their appointments/schedules online. It is easy to use and customers can book directly without the hassle to call. Also, it has tracking features where past and current records can be tracked and viewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Booking Tool?

Don't seem to find anything I dislike. Some people said there may be an issue when trying to print the record as it does not fit well onto the display one like. However, I have not tried this function yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering The Booking Tool:

When choosing appropriate software, always think from the user's perspective. Think of how easy to use, cancel and access the software. In other words, the mobility and accessibility of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Booking Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is cloud-based and allows real-time viewings of customers' bookings. By the way, the alert and notifications function will send reminders to customers for appointments booked. This is a win-win situation for business owners and customers to ensure any booked appointments will not be missed leading to the loss of business. It also has the capability to automatically sync calendars according to users’ time zones. This is important as businesses are now conducting globally around the world. Actually, after using the booking tool, I have a limited chance of losing appointments and businesses, especially for us small business owners. I do not have any complaints about the tool.
