What I was impressed with this Thankster platform is how it very well blends with automation on a personal touch. Rather than sending generic emails, I can create handwritten style cards that feel more authentic while still automating the overall process. Their platform’s editor is very intuitive, and so is the UI. Also, their personalisation through merge field is very simple and integration with the CRM platform makes it easier to trigger certain cards based on customer action. Since this platform handles the printing, stamping and mailing as well, it saves significant administrative effort while helping maintain stronger CRM relationships. This platform works well overall, but I would also like to see a larger collection of modern templates, handwriting styles and other design customisation options. The editor is functional, although a few interface improvements would make this platform's campaign creation even smoother. Additionally, if they have reporting and campaign analytics would also help to measure the ROI of direct mail campaigns more effectively.
