What do you like best about Textmagic?

TextMagic was able to handle a broadcast message to a huge list of contacts. We could greet each individual by name, and reach them when they are most active on their mobile device. Easy setup of broadcast messages and great reporting during the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

Very little. There was nothing missing from this product which is why we chose it. Our primary service capped groups at just 50 contacts, and you had to build those groups manually... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a non-profit organization, we are trying to lower costs, and be as effective as possible with our messaging. Before our key fundraisers we send out a brief broadcast reminding people to donate. Our primary service capped groups at just 50 contacts, and you had to build those groups manually... With TextMagic we are able to import a large and dynamic list, greet them personally using their own name, and schedule broadcasts to stay in synch with other fundraising efforts.
