**What do you like best about Textline?**

Jennifer was amazing! She helped me get two agents logged in who were having MFA issues and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. She was quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and really pleasant to work with. Her support made a frustrating situation easy to handle. Huge thanks to Jennifer for the excellent service!

Textline is helping streamline and simplify real-time communication with our customers. It solves the problem of delayed or missed outreach by allowing us to quickly connect via text, which is often more convenient and effective than phone or email.

This benefits us by improving response times, reducing back-and-forth, and giving our team a clear, trackable way to manage conversations. It keeps things moving and helps us deliver better support without letting anything slip through the cracks.

other than the service being provided by textline the costumer service team is amazing.
they make sure they answer all your questions and solve any issue you dealing with as soon as possible.
it is easy to use and i like the features provided by textline because i use textline frequency.

Nothing that i know of so far using it the textline.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i constantly need to contact clients and because of spam calls alot of people do not answer my call and since somedays the hearing is coming up and we do need the requested documents from client to make sure we win i need to text them to know it is me and answer my call.

I think what stands out about Textline is its focus on providing a seamless communication experience for businesses and their customers. plus, the fact that it allows for real-time conversations gives it a personal touch, which is always a bonus!

One potential downside of Textline is that it may not offer as much in terms of advanced automation features compared to some other customer support platforms.

the last crm I wasn't able to send more than 2 text and with text now i can send unlimited texts

**What do you like best about Textline?**

It's very helpful to have multiple users answering texts together. It helps us tackle a large daily volume, but also allows staff members to step in and assist or correct s needed. It also keeps a long history if there is ever a need for us to look back at an earlier conversation for our records. The announcements and automations are also a helpful feature. It is quite easy to use and learn. I love the whisper feature and short cut responses as well.
UPDATE: Since I first left this review, textline has been much faster at responding to any minor issues we've had, that's been a great improvement.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Lately textline has had a few bugs that have interrupted our services and ability to respond.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large customer base that often need quick answers to questions, and textline allows us to help a larger volume than if we had people just manning the phones.

  ### 6. Easy, Efficient and Time-Saving

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I use Textline on a daily basis. Aside of email, it is my most used form of communication with customers. It's a quick way to message customers and a convenient way for them to get back in touch with me.  The announcement tool is fast and easy to use. Integration my contact list was a simple download. The filter options are very helpful in keeping your conversations organized. And the tiny time stamp on each message helps for a quick view on how long someone has been waiting for a reply. I have no experience with their Customer Support, which is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

If a customer "stops" the text messages. But then later wants to get added, I am not able to add them back.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently have no problems that need to be solved.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Textline gives us the ability to communicate with our clients through text every day. Which makes it so convenient for us in so many ways. Textline keeps the client's phone numbers stored in the app for easy access, it allows us to keep record of the conversations, allows client to reach us before/after business hours and the best part is that we can acess it from anywhere. Customer service is always very efficient and will help resolve any problems in a very short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

So far the only thing that we've had a problem with was not being able to search for conversations by date. However, after contacting customer service, they were able to get us the requested information within a few hours.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to rely on only phone calls and voice mails. We can send a client a message and they can view and respond at their convenience.

I like that it is very user friendly. As a manager it helps us keep track of all guest communication and have receipts for any issues that may occur.

The phone app is not very updated. You have to quit out of the app in order to see new messages.

It is making it easier for guests to reach us. Most people do not answer the phone anymore for random numbers so this helps us get in touch with them faster.

Textline makes it easy to collaborate with your team, book more demos, and have a tool that plugs into your existing HubSpot workflow without overcomplication. Everyone has been super responsive and I value the quick human support. They act more like a partner. Textline is a great tool.

It is very easy to use and great customer service for set up. Implemented perfectly with our Pipedrive CRM. We use it everyday with all our customer and they love it too.

Would be even better if it could have a separate text bubble that stays on your pc.

Better at communicating with our customers and keeping call volume down that takes more time. We can easily text our customers through this and keep them updated. Also keeping track throughout our team of who is being responsive and helping each other respond to each others texts when we are not here.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I love TextLine.   Adding texting to my business line was a game-changer.  The good....  I am super happy with the service.  I love how everything works and especially love the ability to integrate it into my CRM.  The Zapier automations are great and add a level of customization that I love. It's easy to implement and integrate.  Your customer service is awesome.... so far.  I plan on using this service every day from now on.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

It's pricey.  You force me to buy 3 seats when I am a 1 person team.   I understand that it gives me room to grow but you should leave that up to me.   Only pay for the users I use.   Right now I'm paying for 2 seats that I'm not using.  
Also, the interface is a little clunky. Not very intuitive and sometimes glitches and I have to refresh the page.  Sometimes the notifications don't go through so I have to keep checking the app to make sure I'm not missing any potential leads.
I would also appreciate the ability to block spam numbers.  I am getting spam texts all the time and it slows down production.

People text nowadays.   Some people avoid making phone calls and prefer texting or chatting with a company.   So this fills a hole in our customer service pipeline that we didn't know how to resolve ourselves.  It's a great platform and I plan on using it every day.

In today's world most people don't answer their phone.  With Textline I can reach out to customers or reply to their inquiries directly.  It opens up a communication link that saves us both time.

I would like to be able to message more than one person more easily.

Textline allows us to communicate with our patients even when our phone systems have been down and they have been down alot.  The tagging features allow us to contact specific patient demographics and keep constant communication flowing.  This system even allowed us to integrate with our custom software via an API.  What can I say, except that I love it!

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Nothing.  The software does everything I need it to and more!

Since COVID, parents still wait in their cars to meet their therapists.  It allows communication with a lot of folks simultaneously.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I like that Texline allows real-time conversations between our case workers and our clients or business associates. This is vital in improving engagement and support. Overall ease of use and shortcut features helps streamline the communication process too. We would not be operational without Textline and use the application daily. Most importantly, we don't have issues with the application lagging. The tech support is also very responsive.  Our company had previously used another application which had so many technical issues. Text line is a much improved upgrade.

There isn't anything I dislike. Occasionally the app is down and I do wish there was a mass text feature or a feature that would allow for an auto response.

Textline solves the problem of having a platform that is secure and safe to exchange personal information of clients without having to make phone calls. Clients can attach documentation with ease.

I like that I am able to text our team members real-time, and be able to schedule message and send group text. also the site is simple and very easy to use.

some tech issues like text from some team members are not coming through, invoice needs to be requested if i need a copy since my email was not the default recipient. I'm unable to create different group distro list for my team.

What I love about Textline is that anyone can use it. A simple and effective way to utilize with all of our staff, the best way to reach customers, and focus on our company goals. Let's not even talk about their customer support with us, no wait time, always free to help, and they answer all of our questions. We use TextLine daily; it is our primary way of communicating with our Customers, and it's the best implementation for our company—super easy to integrate.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Textline works so much better than the old system we were using, I get unlimited messages at any time of the day and it makes it easy to track and manage the leads I am working on. We use it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I wish it would integrate with our lead management system so I don't have to manually enter phone numbers but I understand this is not necessarily a Textline issue.

My old system would only let me send 2 messages from 9am-6pm now I can download the app on my phone and have it available at any time.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

The most helpful thing about Textline is being able to send messages to our customers because nowadays, most prefer it over a phone call or email. It is easy to acces, easy to use and customer support is great as they usually resolve it in under an hour.

The only thing that is inconvenient about it is that you cannot edit a message after you send it and there is no way of unsending it either. We depend on Textline for our work day so if it is down, we have to wait to continue with our work.

Textline helps us be able to communicate with our customers more efficiently. We are able to receive and send pictures of leaks or issues to better understand the situation.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I enjoy that I can access my account both on my computer and on my phone, as well as the acct that I can have multiple agents logged on at once. Working for a camp with rental cottages, Textline is an easy way for our guests to reach out to us with questions any time of the day. It also allows them to contact us about their updated arrival times, and for us to make emergency announcements as needed when people are on site.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I understand why, but I do not like that I cannot be logged in on my account on both my phone and my computer without being logged out of the other automatically.

It solves our problem of how to be easily accessible to our guests when we are not physically around, as well as being able to share that responsibility to be intentionally focused on hospitality as a team.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I enjoy the simplicity of Textline. It's fairly easy to schedule messages and send batch messages. The integration with Hubspot saves me more time than I can count. Easy search functions help keep track of anything you may have lost. Overall, it's been a great experience. Customer Support has always been helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

If I have messages filtered to unresolved and search for something, I cannot easily include the resolved threads without restarting the search. A very small pet peeve of mine.

Reaching out to employees in time-sensitive situations.

I think the integration to pipedrive CRM could use some work, it works but could definitely be a bit better.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

We love the feature of Textline HQ and the easiness of contacting them if we have any issues, but also, it is such a great resource for our company and our patients. We get so much good feedback!!! The search function works well to find details of certain messages, as well as textline organizes the messages well, it is easy to see which ones have not been addressed yet, and I love how easily you can see the message has been sitting there in your inbox. I also love the ability to assign certain conversations to certain people, that helps keep a team organized yet they can still work together.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Honestly, not too much. The ony thing I would say is when we complete a conversation, with the green check mark to resolve it, but if the patient messages back, it doesn't assign it to the user who was speaking to them before they "unresolved" the conversation, that would be nice if it automatically did that.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue if our patients don't answer our phone calls, we can still get the infomration to them, and we know they will see it when they are available. It creates a quick way for pts to contact us about something small if needed. The scheduled texts are so nice to send to patients for appointment reminders. We love that it is HIPAA compliant and can send sensitive information over text!!

Textline has a very user friendly interface.  It is extremely easy for our teams to catch on and work quickly in the application. The support team is responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

I personally have not had any experience with Textline that I would say I dislike.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to quickly gather information from current clients as we represent them in legal hearings. Textline allows us to reach them much quicker than email.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I loved that textline had an option to text enable a digital phone number that was voice only. Our company uses zoom phones so being able to text from a department number with a local areacode was a game changer. Especially in Alaska where non-local phone numbers are seen as immediate spam or phising attempts.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Some of the phone number registration process could be a burden. Our CEO has sole signature authority for agreements, that presented a brief challenge durign setup.  The carrier compliance took some work as well.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required to report employment information following training enrollment for Grant records. This tool enables us to follow up with our participants in an efficient and productive manner which is comfortable for participants as well. In this day and age we have taken note that most participants feel uncomfortable speaking over the phone or answering a cold call. We have had a much better response rate to online survey results.

I love that there is a contact book so that I can always reference who I am reaching out to and that I can claim those who are on my case load.

I do have to refresh or re-open Textline at least once a day in order to use it, but that is a small problem to have, compared to the features that it provides.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Our team of specialized tech service customer support professionals have a very easy time using Textline to work together as a team talking to unlimited customers each day, often talking to many customers at the same time all throught the day, every day. Our team had no trouble integrating Textline into our ticketing system of choice (zendesk) and the implemented notes that are automatically kept there frequently help us unravel technical challenges we're working on. The few times we've had to reach out to Textline Customer Support they've been immediately responsive and quickly created tailor-made solutions for our team.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

The limitations on mass texting is somewhat restrictive, I've found myself scheduling a batch of texts individually rather than doing a group batch of texts. There are also limits on using our number as a shortcode reciever, but I'm not sure those limitations are textline's fault.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textline allows us to text our customers solving complex technical support issues allowing one member of our team to pick up where the previous one left off. We have a local number that easily allows our customers to contact us, and is so easy to use we can actually answer tech questions while on the phone with other customers. Truly a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

UPDATED: 10292024: We've used the customer support function far more than we expected to, as the logic of "if this then that" isn't always obvious to our regimented brains. 

We recently found our account was completely blocked from use by Twilio (the god of all text messages) for an innocuous conversation regarding a non narcotic pain relief option, and learned that some things we get asked about, we can't text about! 

Textline (Sivan and Jenifer especially) helped coordinate a reinstatement of our ability to continue using the service. 

An entire business day without the ability to text from the textline I've spent YEARS encouraging people to use? YIKES! It's scary to think someone else is reading our text messages and can cut off our service whenever they see fit, with no warning, and no ability to ask why, but that's life in 2024 I guess. 

Pay a lot for a service and expect some sort of information as to why your account is forbidden? Nope, they don't care. Thankfully Textline has a direct line to the big boss of texts and we are back up and running. Probably only lost a few dozen customers and a few thousand bucks, no big deal.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

We never know when messages aren't being delivered. The only way to know if a message you sent isn't received by the receiver is when they type "huh?". We've tried shrinking messages and breaking them up, but they arrive out of order and some don't even arrive. So it's a crap shoot. But so is driving to work every morning.

**Recommendations to others considering Textline:**

It's secure, it's relatively intuitive to figure out, and the more you use it, the more you realize the functionality you aren't using might end up being something you use.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over half of our time on the phone is spent sitting on hold with doctors' offices, so while we wait on hold, we can keep working. We're one of the only compounding pharmacies in our area, and since several other compounders have closed up, and usually, without alerting their customers before permanently closing, we wouldn't be able to get any work done because all we would do would be answering the phone. Textline allows us to keep communicating even if we can't speak in person. It's also great for ensuring the people who need callbacks are available for our call. We hate voicemails!

We are new to Textline, but we are excited about this new opportunity to streamline our customer communication! I especially love the shortcut feature, since we will be sending a lot of similar messages and that really saves time! I've used the helpline once and got immediate response and they were able to fix my issue within 5 minutes! So far the customer service is excellent as well.

What I like the best about textline is how simple it is to communicate with customers at my work. It allows direct communicaton without comprimising my own phone number. It's secure and priviate and super easy to use. I always use textline every day, I log in every day of my shift. It is very easy to access on the internet and it is all embedded in one website. There is no need for multiple tabs open as this is an all in one platform. This service takes my customer service to the next level with direct contact. I establish a personal customer relationship with them knowing they can reach out any time. Texting is all combined into one which makes it easier to communicate.

I love that we can schedule messages for the future, it comes in handy in a medical office where we need to send encrypted forms on a certain schedule. Also very easy to keep track of messages with tags and the "resolve" feature.

I wish that we did not have to pay to add any extra users to our company account. I also wish that if there were two users in the same account at the same time that it wouldn't kick the other user out.

We do not have to play phone tag when we try to schedule or converse with our patients. It allows us to keep track of messages with tags and gives the patients freedom to respond at convenient times and vice versa. Scheduling and sending out medical paperwork is much easier with Textline.

We have been using Textline everyday for years now and it is also integrated into our Freshdesk which is very helpful and aside from being very user-friendly, features like announcements and automation are top-tier. We are a growing business, and having an easy way to send to multiple contacts by filter is very helpful. Also, we can control the tagging of our contacts based on their replies using automation, which certainly makes our work a lot easier.They are also very easy to setup. Customer Support is also very responsive and fast.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I do not entirely dislike but I wish they could give an option to delete a contact permanently because if I accidentally import a number 4522 using bulk import, I would want to delete it since its an invalid number.

Using Textline, we can easily communicate with our customers, send mass messages to our contact list, and filter them through tags. The automation feature made our work a lot easier by automating the sorting of contacts by tag based on their replies.
