What do you like best about Textline?

Textline is a simple way to handle a complicated text message situation for a medium-sized company without custom Twilio development. I love that you can bring your own Twilio or Nexmo account to save a little money and also roll it into existing solutions. Twilio integration's also awesome. What do you dislike about Textline?

The contact management is a bit too simple for me. The tags are nice, but it sucks once you get above 2,000 contacts like I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Textline:

TextLine is for people with more complicated texting needs than simple messages from 1 person to fewer than 100, but less complicated than just hiring a developer to put together a custom Twilio solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a real estate company with a bunch of agents in many different offices. We have started using TextLine to stay in better contact with everyone in the organization. We manage all of our agents through Infusionsoft and Zapier made it pretty easy to onboard new people into our notification group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
