**Great functionality without the price tag of other platforms**

I switched to Textla after previously using a similar SMS platform that became too expensive for what I needed. So far, Textla has been a great fit.

I primarily use it for team communication and meeting reminders. My favorite features are the ability to schedule texts ahead of time, short-code opt-ins, and the CRM. The CRM isn't unnecessarily complicated—it gives me exactly what I need to organize and communicate with my contacts effectively.

I did have a slight delay getting started because additional information was needed to complete my phone number registration. It affected my original launch timeline a little, but their support team was phenomenal throughout the process and helped get everything worked out.

For me, the biggest benefit is having a professional, centralized way to communicate important updates with my team without relying on a WhatsApp or group-chat style channel.
