What I like best about TextExpander is how much time it saves me throughout my workday. I send a lot of messages and repeat similar information daily, so having shortcuts for frequently used responses makes my job easier. One thing I dislike about TextExpander is that it can take some time to set up and remember all the shortcuts. Sometimes I have to go back and update my saved responses when information changes.
