I love that at my fingertips I have all the macros I need with short memorization. For emails, addresses, responses ready for many types of communications, and more. Using over a 100 snippets at this point. It's lightning fast and works well on all of my devices. On Windows, MacOS, and iOS. The app is very easy to use and customize to your liking. Having never dealt with support, I'd say I've had no reason to! The application is fluid and simple, anyone can get the most out of it in a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would change that I don't like about TextExpander is when the application doesn't load properly at startup and the macros stop working because the app isn't up. It's seldom, but it happens every once in awhile, even when the settings are turned on to run in the background and at machine start up. Could be sleep settings, but it's not common enough to be a major problem, I would just restart the app and I'm good to go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
