What do you like best about TextExpander?

What I like best is how easily it saves repetitive typing work. I can create short custom abbreviations for long official letter template, department headers, and recurring formats. As soon as I type the short code, the full text inserts instantly into Word or spreadsheets without any typing mistake. It runs smoothly in the background and saves a lot of daily documentation time. What do you dislike about TextExpander?

The subscription pricing feel slightly expensive for individual users who only need basic shortcut expansion. Also, setting up nested snippets and formatting rich text template takes a little bit of time initially. Sometimes the expansion has a tiny lag when the system is handling multiple background apps. TextExpander solve the problem of manual data entry fatigue and repetitive typing errors across official documents and correspondence.
