  ### 1. Professional Support, Fast Approvals, and an Easy-to-Use UI

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I liked how they were very professional and called me multiple times making sure the process was going smoothly.  Also when out phone number application got rejected they were very quick to fix the situation and had out application approved in under 24 hours after emailing them.  We look forward to working with them for the future!  They're UI is very easy to use and is easy to navigate and put keywords and customs texts.  Integrations is also easy to use, as we made a QR code for customers to scan and easily text the number.  I think the pricing is decent but is on the higher side a little but it's definitely worth it.  They don't have to much AI yet into it but definitely don't need it!  The only AI they have is helping to refine text messages and what not but it's not horrible.  Over the performance is a 8/10 for me personally and thats great!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Their really isn't to much I dislike about texedly.  The only thing I could really think of is the price and maybe having benefits for using it more.  Because it does cost 20 a month to send out about 500 texts or 250 long texts and at scale that could get pretty pricy.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem they are solving for us is definitely customer retention %.  We are using them to text out marketing deals for certain days to increase business and we are using them to promote our business which is going very well so far.  We are still in the early stages of this but so far it's pretty good.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly's interface is relatively easy to use. It allows me to see how the message is going to be displayed before it's sent, making communication more effective. I can both manually upload numbers and also let people text and opt-in, which adds flexibility. Additionally, the initial setup of Textedly was fairly easy and pretty intuitive, asking only for the phone numbers I wanted to include.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I really feel like a mobile interface would be helpful. Because of the way that we use Textedly, having an app would make everything easier to log in and send messages. I'm not always by my computer to log in. And with the two-factor identification to send out an emergency text, I have to go through the normal website and then log in to the email to verify that it's me to then send those emergency texts. It's quite cumbersome, and I really need to have a more direct way of getting information out.

Textedly allows us to send communications extremely efficiently, in a moment's notice, ensuring important information reaches key stakeholders quickly.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love how super user-friendly Textedly is, making it easy for us to handle company event communications and RSVPs. The support staff is always so helpful, and I really appreciate that. I find the messaging and importing contacts features valuable. The initial setup was super easy, which was a great start. Overall, it's been a fantastic tool for mass messaging to our database of clients in a clean and structured way.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The only qualm I have is that I have to check with the support staff to confirm that my messages are in compliance. I had an event where, due to some words I was unaware of would be flagged, resulted in a smaller turnout to our event. I was never made aware in the system that they weren't going through.

Textedly allows for clean, structured mass messaging to clients and is super user-friendly with supportive staff.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

We can communicate with multiple employees at once and quickly offer jobs to our external team members.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I don’t like that when I scroll down in my messages and interact with employees, it doesn’t allow me to keep scrolling at the same point I was at when I clicked on that message. Instead, it jumps me to the most recent messages. This usually happens after I’ve viewed or interacted with two or three messages. 

I also don't like that the automatic closed message sends multiple times when an employee responds to our message multiple times after hours.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us communicate effectively with our external team members, send them job offers, and keeps our phones from ringing off the hook.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

Takes just 30 seconds to create a message and reach our customers — that alone makes Textedly worth it.

The UI/UX is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. Once set up, it’s extremely user-friendly and doesn’t require constant figuring out, which is huge when you’re running a busy business.

Performance has been excellent. Messages go out quickly and reliably, and it’s honestly refreshing to have a direct way to reach customers without relying on social media algorithms. No more spending time creating posts over and over on Facebook hoping people actually see them.

While we’re just getting started building our subscriber list, the pricing already feels like a strong value. The ROI potential is clear — it’s a much more direct and effective communication tool compared to traditional marketing channels.

Support and onboarding have been outstanding. Paige has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, Textedly is a powerful, easy-to-use platform that gives businesses a much more reliable way to connect with customers. I’m excited to continue growing our list and using it more.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The only real downside so far has been the learning curve at the beginning — figuring out all the features and best ways to use them takes a little time, especially if you’re new to SMS marketing.

Also, since we’re just starting to build our subscriber list, we haven’t fully tapped into everything the platform can do yet.

That said, once everything is set up, it’s very easy to use, and support has been great in helping along the way.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly solves the biggest issue we’ve had with marketing — actually reaching our customers.

With social media, you can spend time creating posts and still have no idea who’s seeing them. Textedly gives us a direct, reliable way to communicate without relying on algorithms.

It also saves a ton of time. Instead of constantly creating new posts, we can send a quick message in seconds and get information out immediately.

As our subscriber list grows, this is going to be one of our most valuable tools for promotions and events.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I appreciate Textedly for its ability to effectively communicate with webinar participants. It's really helpful for sending reminders leading up to the webinar, ensuring they show up. I also value the quick list creation and sending of text messages or emails to the list all at once because it's fast. The Textedly team is really good at resolving issues, such as when they refunded me for duplicate message charges. I've recommended Textedly to others, rating it a 10 in terms of likelihood to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The first time we sent the messages out, it sent out two messages instead of one, so we got billed twice. But the Textedly team was really good at refunding those messages. So it'd be great if it was clear if we're only sending one message out or two messages before we get started. Also, had to talk to the Textedly team three times during setup because we were moving very fast and wanted to make sure the phone number was set up correctly, though it was good once we talked to the team.

I use Textedly to communicate with our webinar participants, ensuring they show up. It helps us send messages quickly and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I find Textedly to be simple to use, which makes it easy for my customers to sign up and allows them to text back. The initial setup was super easy, and though it's been a while, I don't remember encountering any difficulties. I also appreciate how Textedly lets my customers know about open spots or good booking times, helping me fill available slots on the charter boat.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish the sign up form could be more automated. Instead of getting numbers submitted that I have to put time aside to add to my contacts. They should go straight into contacts. Also wish there was a lower tier option that let you keep your account but with no new messages added to your account. I had 60,000 messages but it wasn't worth almost $40 a month when I can't use them right now.

I use Textedly to notify my customers about open spots and ideal booking times, making it easy for them to sign up and enabling them to text back.

I like the additional features of Textedly such as automated responses that can be scheduled during certain times, along with drip campaigns that allow for automated journeys. I also look forward to trying conversation triggers to automatically respond to top customer FAQs.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

It's a bit of a process to get an account set up, mainly because it takes a few days to coordinate the custom phone number. This is mainly due to the reality of waiting on a third party to approve the number. A status notification on the dashboard could help alleviate any doubts about account setup.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have begun using this as a way to gather new customers via social media contests by immediately connecting new subscribers with sale offers. This is a very low cost, low-barrier-to-entry way for us to make an instant, personal connection to existing and potential new customers to build our list beyond email.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I use Textedly for mass texts to customers, which eliminates the hassle of typing out thousands of individual messages over multiple days. The scheduling feature lets me cover weeks' worth of texts in just an hour. I like using keywords and tags, as they make sending out texts for huge events as well as more intimate ones really easy. I can easily send out texts to those signed up for any event without manually separating the names. As a newer user, I find it all easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I think that you should create a deleted feature. I like having the confirmation that my message truly was deleted and that no one will receive it.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to send mass texts easily, schedule messages to save time, and utilize keywords and tags to target event attendees without manual sorting.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

Everything is put together well to make it easier to text your employees.  It's all step-by-step.  And I like that there is no guessing.  Then we can check to see if folks GOT the text.  The follow-through is crucial to me.  It lets me know that the message is received and we can at least know they were reminded even if they fail to show up for their training.  Our employees depend on getting their texts for company information and training events.  I really didn't think they would!  So it's a big win for us all the way around.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

When employees leave our company, we cannot delete them from the database.  If they come back, we can't re-activate them.  They have to join on their own and that is just not a priority for them until they miss something important.    I'd like to be able to delete their information when they quit, then re-enter it when they return to work.

**Recommendations to others considering Textedly:**

If you are considering a great company for texting your employees, you really should consider Textedly.  The price is right, the customer service is spot on and I think you'll come to depend on it like we do.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We keep our employees informed about their training dates, weather information, and company activities.  It really keeps them engaged!  They have come to depend on receiving their texts that remind them about their training dates.  And they like being reminded of company events because between work and home,they are so busy, that these things tend to slip their minds.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like being able to give a keyword to people where they just text it to the number, and they're automatically subscribed. I appreciate the ease of access of that, which makes it convenient for the end user. It's really about the ease of communication, allowing us to communicate much better to parents and teens because they see the messages right on their home screens.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I don't like how we've been charged for an extra keyword when I removed it in the system, and I think there should be an easier way to remove the keyword and not get charged for it. The local area code phone number is advertised as "free" but there's actually a charge for it. Also, we didn't get approved for it.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly improves communication with parents and teens by making messages easily visible on their home screens of their phones. The keyword feature simplifies subscription, enhancing ease of access.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

It's incredibly easy to use and implement! I love the reporting capabilities, the messaging, the AI assistance with writing a message. What isn't there to love about the platform. It's a massive upgrade from our previous service!  The customer support is outstanding and incredibly responsive!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

There is only 1 "downfall" we have come across and that's the ease of our customers knowing how to opt back in to messages. When someone opts out while it does inform them of the "1st step" in opting back in (sending a message of unstop or start), it does not instruct them on the 2nd part of the process (sending a 2nd text of the company keyword). We need to reach out to customer outside of textedly to instruct them of this.  I wish we could customize the opt out reply so that it could include that additional step.

Textedly is allowing us to reach out to our clients and inform them of important up coming information. With this platform we are able to more easily parse out group of our clients to send specific messaging to specific groups. I can easily update our contacts without having to import groups of the same contacts.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love how Textedly is easy to use month to month, making it convenient without being a hassle. The billing process is uncomplicated, and I appreciate being able to bill month to month with an invoice that I can just send to the city, which simplifies what is normally a tedious process. It's also easy to upload large groups of phone numbers, especially when managing a lot of applications, which is a big plus. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I don't need it every month. Since we only hire once a year now. So when I'm able to suspend it, I'm only allowed to suspend it up to ninety days and I wish I could do it longer.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to solve communication problems with the younger generation who don't use email. It's easy to upload large phone number groups and manage billing, making it effortless to handle month-to-month expenses.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like being able to text all employees at once, especially for the price. It really can’t be beat!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

It can feel clunky at times and isn’t always as user-friendly as I’d like. I also wish it included a way to create groups, so I could message only supervisors, for example, instead of having to text everyone.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to keep communicating with everyone, especially during hurricane season. At other times, we use it to communicate policy changes, open enrollment, and other business-related updates. It also helps when rolling out new things, since it keeps everyone informed and on the same page.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

The workflow is simple.  It's easy to add contacts, send to a specific list, and keep up with the replies.  I also appreciate the roll-over credits that come in handy during peak times.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

We only have one number, and only send to one list.  It would make it a little more convenient if it defaulted to those selections.  

The Two Factor Authentication sometimes does not work, making it difficult to sign in from a mobile device.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to push information to our sales force at a moment's notice and give them access to resources to increase transactions quickly.

I find Textedly to be incredibly useful for staying in touch with customers because it provides easy, quick access to them. I really like the customer service and ease of use. I had a minor issue earlier today, and Paige, the representative, was terrific and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. The interface is succinct and user-friendly. I also appreciate the ease of using Excel lists to set up our texting group, which is great because our patient list is on Excel. We didn't see any advantages from other texting services that would make us switch from Textedly. The initial setup was easy too, with help from a representative who walked us through.

Additionally, the setup process was quite straightforward, as we were able to transfer a list of names and numbers from our database, although some hurdles were present due to home phone numbers not working for texting. The customer service was commendable, providing helpful assistance throughout the setup process. I love the convenience of being able to text our volunteers as opposed to having to call or e-mail. I get a much more immediate response when texting. My volunteers also love the convenience of being able to text as well. Customer support is very easy with the chat option as well.

It seems to be very easy for my volunteers to accidently subscribe and we have to walk them through resubscribing. I also experience glitches and end up sending the same message multiple times. I will also kick me out sometimes and I have to log back in.

The tech-support is top notch, and they are always quick to respond. Also, I love that you can design text messages that include images.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

My organization holds multiple events throughout the year, and I would like to be able to update phone numbers in bulk batches with new tags, so I can send messages to the appropriate groups. However, Textedly does not let you do that and unless you are going to go one by one on each account, you must upload the individual again with a new tag. So, I have some numbers in there 4 or 5 times because they are a part of 4 or 5 groups. 

A bulk update feature like Mailchimp has would be very helpful.

It helps us notify our the clients we serve of upcoming events, cancellations, and other important information. It is quick and allows us to notify large groups of people at once.

I like that Textedly supposedly has the ability to mass message groups easily. It prevents me from having to individually text people and just send one message at large.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

They make it seem much more simple than it actually is. After paying for a plan, there were several additional hoops to jump through and fees to pay that were not up front in the free trial. I still am not yet able to send messages, which is the entire reason I bought the plan. I made a mistake when paying and paid for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. I contacted them to switch to month by month, but they refused to let me switch or issue a refund. They show that you can upload contacts as a list instead of individually, but I had to get approved to do so. Sending messages requires registration and applications that need approval. They make it seem like you can immediately start using their platform after upgrading, but that's not the case.

Textedly prevents me from having to individually text people, allowing me to send one message to a large group easily.

I use Textedly to send out weekly prayer requests, and I love how it allows me to send them quickly and all at once. The scheduling feature is super convenient for me because I can plan ahead for the entire week, setting the exact date and time so that they land when I want. The texting back feature is also very handy since I can easily chat with people. Overall, Textedly just makes these tasks easy for me, and the basic plan is sufficient because I don't communicate with tons of people. The initial setup of Textedly was quite easy too.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The monthly subscription isn't the most convenient. I wish I could use texting credits without having to pay for the subscription. It would be great to have an option that's not just a subscription, but that I could pay for the credits when I need them.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

After working with multiple CSR representatives, I have found each one to be extremely helpful. Additionally, the blasts are always deployed on schedule.  I work at an ad agency, and we deploy blasts on behalf of our clients so the setup of those accounts can be complex.  The reps always are willing to get on the phone and work through any roadblocks.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Overall, I haven't encountered any major problems. However, the frequent automated emails asking whether I would recommend Textedly to a friend can get a bit tiresome after a while. Be careful when signing up for plans because the platform will default to an annual plan unless they have fixed that.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly allows our agency to enable our clients with the ability to message staff/clients/prospects in a very flexible and timely manner.

The main reason I chose Textedly is because I was able to set up a series of survey questions, with automated follow-ups based on their responses. The interface is easy to use. And the price is very reasonable.

The main negative is that because I'm not based in the US (but am using this for a US based client sending to US based users), I have to use a VPN every time I access the site. I'm not able to access the site otherwise.

Being able to input contacts and either click on only certain ones or send to the entire contact list- both being fairly easy to do, ability for our contacts to reply. Ability to send birthday texts.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Cost increase. Birthday texting although a very interesting option, has not yet worked for us. I sent a test one this week, and it didn't go through even though it was set up correctly. The fact that a "text" isn't just a "text" but instead is counted up by number of characters, leading up to one text being counted as 2 or 3 texts- this leads to possible need to purchase a higher plan. Replies would be easier seen if there was a textedly app (if there is one, I have not known about it)

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching large groups of people via text. That benefits us because people are more likely to read a text more quickly than an email.

I like the scheduling text aspect, being able to schedule text in advance. You don't have to do it right away; you can schedule it out for the whole week or month, which is very helpful. The scheduling text feature allows me to send texts at specific times, even when I'm at work. That way, when I leave work, I know they'll just send at the optimal time that I want the recipients to receive it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I think it could be easier to find the billing information, like how the charging works. Sometimes it's hard to kinda get to that, and it's hard to change plans. If you wanna change plans from a monthly to an annual, but it's from, like, a bronze to gold, it can be hard to do that. You have to, like, reach out to an agent, which just takes some more time.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly makes it easier for clients to see messages and photos directly on their phones. I use it to schedule texts in advance, ensuring they reach recipients at optimal times without needing my constant attention.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I really like how easy Textedly is to use and the fact that you're able to categorize different keywords and groups. It helps me stay organized, making texting more valuable because it enables me to stay on top of my leads and outbound communications, like cold outreach. The platform is simple, which definitely helps with organization in a business setup. I've been using it for over a year and a half, and I love it. The initial setup was pretty easy, despite requiring a bit of review and approval. It's a great platform that has made me more than I've put into it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I don't like having to verify every single time I log in, which I understand why. Another thing is, like, sometimes it does get slightly confusing when you're doing the numbers and things like that because sometimes it'll say, 'hey, you have to do this in order to send messages. Sometimes it won't.' I also think having a save password button would be nice.

We love the recurring messages. It makes things so much easier for us. I find Textedly user-friendly because the platform is easy to use and simple by design. Its straightforward interface allows even our aged team members, who might not be very tech-savvy, to easily use it if needed, especially when others aren’t available to update or send alerts. I also appreciate the platform's customer support, as it is easy to contact them. They tend to get back quickly most times, and it's nice to have interactions with a human.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish the recurring messages would handle daylight savings better. When daylight savings occurs, the message timings get disrupted and end up being an hour earlier or later. It would be great if this feature automatically adjusted for daylight saving so messages go out at the intended time. Also, I kinda wish there was a guide available for setup, as I don't remember having one. Customer support was helpful, but I wish I knew where to locate setup information myself. Also, when adjusting recurring messages, I struggle to understand how I can make a message adjust for later that same week; sometimes it makes the adjustment take effect the following week.

Textedly allows us to rapidly share information with our congregation, enhancing communication beyond what our website or Facebook page offers. It's especially effective for inclement weather alerts.
