**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

I enjoy the UI the most about Text-Em-All. It is incredibly easy and straight forward all the way from drafting a message, importing contacts, testing, purchasing, responding, and viewing the data. Their customer support is also outstanding and very helpful with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I did not discover any interactive features beyond being able to reply. For example, polling via SMS would be helpful.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our members who receive email from us either do not get emails or get so many that our message is not heard. Text-Em-All provided another way to get in front of our members eyes to remind them of important dates and upcoming events.

We use it to communicate information with parents and it makes things easier for sure! They are able to text us if needed also.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

Not sure if there's anything that we dislike. It would be nice to see some type of deal for nonprofits. As that's what we are and I pay for this service out of pocket but even still, it's not an issue or reason I would stop using it bc 20 isn't bad a month.

Getting communication out to all individuals in a timely manner. We don't have to sit and text everyone, we are able to schedule text to go out.

I like the ability to schedule a group text to help me communicate with my vendors as appointment reminders

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I wish I could pick the number that my texts come from.  When I initially went to sign up it gave the impression that I could but that is not the case.  It was a selling point for this service and it's making it difficult for me to convince the higher ups in  my company to continue the use of this service.

It's so much easier to type texts on a keyboard for time saving purposes.

The ability to upload an excel sheet of contacts and then seperate them into groups for future mass messages.

I love that I can upload an excel sheet of contacts to Text-Em-All. It allows me to send quick and efficient messages to my whole site.

Having been a user of this product sice they we Call-Em-All, I have never had a bad expeirience.  Radpid emergency communication with ease.  I especially like the text feture because allthough the number is generated by Text-Em-All you can see replies from employees and vendors, and choose who to call back.  Finally I love the customer support they have always been freindly and helpfull.

N/A I really dont have any negative expeiriences to speak of.  I recommend this to industry peers all the time.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

We are a manufacturing plant that needed an easier way to facilitate communication to our employees as not everyone has access to email. Text-Em-All was actually referred to me by another plant in our company. At sign up, our company was already listed as registered. I contacted customer support and they were able to add our plant on, while keeping the account control and billing separate. Very quick service there too. I appreciate that its a flat rate for each range of contacts, not necessarily the number of texts sent per month. We are currently using it for anouncements, as well as 'Contact HR'. Its also great that there is an app for this. It means We can reply any time of the day, not only when we are at our computers!

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

The only thing I would change is to have the ability to add a picture to a text in the app, or to send a broadcast in the app. Sometimes things are urgent and I need to get out, and I dont have access to a computer.

This program allows our company to be in contact with all employees for important immediate announcements.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Our technicians can be reached via text message, even when they are not in the office. We use this method to send weekly safety messages and important company information. Employees' responses are received individually, in a centralized location, and not in a group format. It's very intuitive and easy to use.  We had great customer support when we implemented the platform.

Having to upgrade to use the emoji features.

A way to communicate across the company.  We have air mechanical service technicians who don't often check email.

I like the ease of use.  I can reach our families and staff with messages immediately.  The reports show me who got it and who did not.  Text-Em-All cuts hours of phone calls and texts down to minutes of my time.

I wish there was no charge for over 320 characters or images.

We have to communicate with residents, families and staff on emergencies and ongoings in the building.  It allows me to ensure everyone gets the message and does it in minutes vs hours.

I like the functionality of it how it's a text messaging system, but your portal is set up like an email inbox so it makes it so easy to find what you need and what you don't.

There are really no downsides. It's simple and easy to use for me.

The textline we use has quickly become the preferred method of communication between office & field employees. Super easy to track and manage responses.

Some additional features would be nice, but nothing that hinders baseline performance.

The textline allows us to communicate with less tech-savvy members of our team without problems. Emails usually results in some kind of challange, but the texts are straightforward and we're able to easily navigate responses.

Very easy to use and the staff is very responsive and helpful.

Only that we can't use our own number that already exsits for texting.

It's very easy to learn how it works and has so many great features. I'd never used a mass texting program before, but the learning curve was very small. Easy to add contacts, either one at a time or by importing a list. I love that you can create keywords without having to pay extra.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I wish you had an option to buy to buy fewer than 200 credits and a discounted per-credit rate for fewer credits than the current 2500.  Our program is small, so we don't need that many credits. I also wish the Android app had more functionality, like the ability to send broadcasts. It would also be nice to offer a short code for keywords.

We needed to contact potential students to give them information about our classes and to remind them about testing dates and times, give directions, answer questions, etc.

That I can contact many at one time without exposing my phone number or anyone elses.  It is private, safe and convenient!

Well it is not free but I feel it is cheap enough that it is well worth my time!

I am able to text many parents, as a teacher, to remind them of conferences, games, tests, or whatever.  It is also a useful tool to make parents aware about general things in their child's academics without exposing names.

We use this for employees to let them know about upcoming events. It is really easy to use and affordable. The customer service reps are really helpful when we wanted to try the credits and then switch to the monthly subscription.

I don't like that it limits you to 320 characters. Usually, it is not an issue but sometimes it is annoying.

I like the ease of use. In a couple of quick steps, my message is out there to who it needs to go to.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I have used this program for over a year now. To get started was super easy. I use this platform daily to let the homeowners in the association to know about immediate issues. The owners have told me how much they love it. Every notice comes straight to the palm of their hand. I primarily use the text feature, but I love that it can also be sent to them by phone.

We had issues of getting communication out to homeowners that they would see right away. This completely solved that. There were also immediate notices that owners needed to know about and couldn't wait to look it up in their email.

I like the saving of the text templates so I do not have to re-write them each time as well as the dashboard where I can see the status of messages sent successfully and the responses

Nothing really. Maybe allow more characters for the text before it hits the 2 credits per message threshold.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Our organization uses Text-Em-All for emergencies, safety, and benefits communications.  Text-Em-All's interface is very user-friendly.  I was able to implement the system for a 75-person workplace in under an hour.  It is very easy to maintain the contact list and create user groups.  The post-communication reports provide very good data.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

It would be nice to be able to preview the message as they would look in dark mode on the mobile phone.

Preventing employees from driving to the facility in dangerous weather conditions when the plant is shutdown.

Our business manages hundreds of reps. Text-Em-All allows us to send direct communications to rep cell phones where they are guaranteed to see it. It also serves as our main communication channel. The app is also very convenient.

I wish it didn't charge for emojis and picture but I understand.

Sending emails is very indirect and can go unchecked by our reps.

I sometimes need more spaces than what I have. But I send a 2nd text if I have to . Sometimes people just need more space.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

As a market consultant, getting information to my clients quickly is necessary.  Text-Em-All provides that service.  The message feature lets me inform clients about what is happening in the market in less than two minutes.  The texting feature is used to report informational data to them so they can see what the information is.   If the client has a question or comment, they can reply directly, and I can work with them individually.  I am connected to my clients, and the client knows it.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

There are no cons to using this service that I can think of.  It is simple and straightforward to use and takes care of my needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:**

If you need to be in contact with clients quickly and easily, this is your solution.

Connection...plain and simple.   I can either send a text or voice mail and the client knows we are connected so if anything is happening big that they should know about, they rely on my connection with them to get that information.

It is fast and easy to create both a text message and a phone call to be able to send out to our entire workforce. Just log in, create your message, and hit the send button. Within seconds, people are getting notified.

I have no dislikes. It works too easily and is simple.

Text-Em-All makes it easy and convenient to write, manage, and send reminders about organizational meetings and internal deadlines. Rather than having a bunch of group threads on your mobile phone, you can use this service to broadcast reminders and respond individually to team members who reply. It's a good solution for nonprofits that want to bolster their internal messaging capabilities.

The service could be more affordably priced, especially for light usage. The cost of credits is really the only thing I dislike.

An Enhanced Text Message costs 5 cents per recipient and can be turned on in your Account Settings. If you're on a Credits plan, we recently updated our character limit to 1,600 characters per broadcast.

I like the ability that it has to send out a welcome text to confirm the enrollment of users. You can schedule messages before the time of release.  A lot of flexibility and the cost is relatively low. Customer Support is top notch. They are very friendly   and patient.

I would love to see how we can share video in a text.  Like a hyperlink!

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Its' easy to set up.  I like how you can add people to groups.  It's easy to add and delete people from the address book.  If you have a landline phone, you can set it up so people can send texts to it throughthis site.  The price is very competive.  It works better for us than sending out e-mails with time sensitve information that we need people to address right away.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

Graphics use up more than 1 text (messsage) which costs more. Sometimes what I need to say can be a little lengthy, so that also requires the use of more than 1 text credit.

Many of our field employees do not read their emails often, so sending them a texts get a response much faster,

The ease of set up. The ability to add my own logo to the text. Transperancy on what it will cost to send a text. The ability to schedule in the future, along with the ease to edit.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I wish that I could place my logo at the top of the text, but that is a minor issue. Overall I am very pleased with this company. Which really doesn't say a whole lot about what I don't like.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The current program I have does not allow me to schedule text communications which is espeically helpful for weekend reminders when I am not in the office working. I can set them up before I leave for the weekend.
