I appreciate that TestRail brings structure and consistency to our workflow. Everything stays organized in one place, and it's easy to see coverage at a glance. I find it incredibly helpful for making regression and release testing repeatable because test cases, runs, and results are traceable over time. I'm also able to write test cases and organize them according to the feature, and trace them back to the requirements, ensuring consistency in test cases.
