What do you like best about TestRail?

I appreciate that TestRail brings structure and consistency to our workflow. Everything stays organized in one place, and it's easy to see coverage at a glance. I find it incredibly helpful for making regression and release testing repeatable because test cases, runs, and results are traceable over time. I'm also able to write test cases and organize them according to the feature, and trace them back to the requirements, ensuring consistency in test cases. The initial setup of TestRail was easy, which added to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

It is very slow at times. As the test library grows, navigating sections and searching and doing bulk updates can feel slower and more manual than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TestRail solving and how is that benefiting you?
