What do you like best about Testimonial?

I think the smoothest aspect of testimonial is the ease of sharing your "testimonial" link. It is simply a shareable link that takes the users right to the review. - We actually put up QR codes on our office windows that take you right to the page! - We plan to integrate this link into on our order confirmations as well! What do you dislike about Testimonial?

I would say the biggest thing for me is there is a lot of various aspects and tools displayed on testimonial that can make it somewhat tricky to navigate if you're not super familiar with the site. Other than that, once you get the hang of it, it's easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Testimonial solving and how is that benefiting you?

It essentially helps avoid that awkward question of - "hey can you write something nice about us?" - instead it's displayed as more of a "passive suggestion" that customers tend to take up.
