What do you like best about TestGorilla?

What I like most about TestGorilla is how easy it is to evaluate candidates consistently and objectively. The wide range of assessments, combined with the ability to create custom questions, helps us identify the right skills early in the hiring process and reduces bias in decision-making. The platform is intuitive, saves a significant amount of screening time, and provides clear insights that support more informed hiring decisions. What do you dislike about TestGorilla?

What problems is TestGorilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using TestGorilla, it was difficult to consistently assess candidates' skills early in the hiring process, particularly for technical and highly specialized roles. CVs and interviews alone often didn't provide enough objective data to make confident decisions.

TestGorilla helps us validate skills upfront, identify the strongest candidates faster, and focus interview time on the people most likely to succeed in the role. This has reduced the time spent on manual screening, improved the quality of candidates progressing through the process, and given hiring managers greater confidence in hiring decisions.
