What do you like best about Tessitura?

Tessitura gives us a better understanding of how stakeholders interact with the site. For the first time, ticketing and development use the same database, which creates additional touchpoints and opportunities for follow-up. It also shapes the timing of solicitations that involved members and visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tessitura?

Development reporting is the system's weakest feature. It is not intuitive or quick to run reports using contribution information. Basic outputs require generating a list, creating an output set, and running a report to execute that output set against the created list. Output often requires extensive editing, especially if output criteria includes contribution info. Difficult to narrow data to a single campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tessitura:

Each version continues to enhance the product. Tessitura values feedback and implements changes/updates based on user experience. There is still space to improve in reporting, but overall the product is a valuable asset to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tessitura solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tessitura gives us a more complete picture of how stakeholders interact with the site and connects departments spread out across a 1,120-acre organization with multiple buildings.
