**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I use Terryberry for our employee recognition and engagement programs, and I find it seamless and extremely easy to use. I love that it allows us to provide points to recognize employees. The point system is great, and so far, we're totally in love with the Terryberry platform. I really like its functionality and the fact that it reminds me when I can provide points to employees. The transition from our homegrown system to Terryberry has been much better, and the initial setup was extremely easy with their assistance. Everything has been great so far, and I particularly enjoy how easy it is to train everyone to use it.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

It’s a new program, but nothing to speak of.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Terryberry for our employee recognition and engagement program. It's seamless, extremely easy to use, and allows us to provide points to employees when they do something good, helping us recognize their efforts effectively.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

Their products are complete, simple to implement, and provide really nice gifts for those reaching milestones or retiring. And they will customize their programs to fit your organization's needs.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

I don't really have any dislikes, I've always had great success with Terryberry.

**Recommendations to others considering Terryberry:**

I would use Terryberry no matter which organization I was working for.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to implement something for service milestones that was better than just a plaque.  And we didn't really have anything for retirees other than each one being handled individually.  And we are using the program for other things such as gifts for attending the open enrollment benefits fair.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I love that we had the ability to customize the front opening homepage for our staff. We created a custom graphic that showcased an employee so it feels familiar to our staff. I also love the customer support we have. Kimi Griggs is our support specialist and she is amazing, so helpful and gets back to me so quick.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

My biggest issue that I have had with terry berry is the interface and reporting for the admin on the account. My wish is for the ability to click on a persons name in the directory and be able to see everything associated with that person in one spot. All of the communication sent out, the awards that person has redeemed, when their next award will be sent out... having a comprehensive landing page for each person would be amazing. It's really hard when I am researching an account for someone who is claiming that they never recieved their award and I have to click multiple places to get to the communication, then click another link to see if they redeemed an award and then a whole other report to see tracking and when it was shipped.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terryberry is helping us automate the service award notifications for employees who are receiving a gift for 25+ years of service. TerryBerry is also providing a catalogue of wonderful gifts to our staff.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I like the wide variety of options available for employees to cash in their points. We have a lot of people who enjoy buying things, and the gift cards are super popular. It's really valuable because our employees have different interests, and it's tough to reward them with something that everyone likes. By assigning them a dollar amount worth of points, they can buy whatever they want, which avoids disappointment and makes everyone happy.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

My only issue is with having to upload an entire file of all participants each time someone joins or leaves the company, and having to upload a file to reward points rather than just being able to click on their profile and assign points that way.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Terryberry to conveniently recognize employees for their efforts, birthdays, and milestones. It solves the issue of diverse interests by letting employees cash in points for what they want, making recognition meaningful and personalized.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I like how easy the Terryberry platform is to use. I also value the new birthdays collection, the reporting features, and the rewards platform a lot. These features are important to me and I use all of them frequently. Switching to Terryberry from our homegrown platform was a positive change because Terryberry is user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to working with Donna Belts, who was phenomenal in helping us get started.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

The thing that I have the most problem with is not the platform itself; it's the Terryberry support.

I use Terryberry for recognition because it's user-friendly and easy to use compared to our old homegrown platform. I appreciate the rewards platform and reporting features.

There is not much to say about what is best.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

Very unreliable service. The gifts are often underwhelming, and the quality does not justify the prices. The selection is fairly average, and shipping is unpredictable at best. Delivery times are excessively long from the date of order to arrival. Shipping costs feel outrageously high for the level of service provided. To make matters worse, customer service is disappointing and unhelpful when issues arise. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The customization options for gifts and messaging help align recognition with our brand and values. Their customer service team has also been responsive and helpful during setup and implementation.

The interface can be a bit clunky and unintuitive, especially when trying to navigate the admin dashboard or customize recognition programs. It sometimes takes more clicks than necessary to complete a task. A cleaner, more streamlined user experience would make managing the platform much easier—especially for those who don’t use it daily.

Terryberry helps us solve the challenge of consistently recognizing and celebrating employee milestones across multiple locations. Before using the platform, anniversary acknowledgments and recognition efforts were handled manually, which made it difficult to maintain consistency and timeliness.

With Terryberry, we now have a centralized and automated system for tracking work anniversaries, customizing awards, and delivering recognition messages. This not only saves time for our HR and communications teams but also reinforces a positive workplace culture where employees feel seen and appreciated. I like how Terryberry is flexible and how they respond very fast. The support they provided throughout the whole process, from building the platform to launching it, was great. I like most that it's easy to order. We have a great rep that reaches out, and her communication is great. She pretty much does all the follow-up, and we don't have to worry about it.

Sometimes things can be out of stock, which can be a little frustrating. It's important to make sure that items people pick are in stock or not listed in the catalogs.

As a midsized business, it is of great value to us; ease of use, tremendous support and rapid response from competent professionals, and it involves seamless customization to our needs and values.

The most impactful solution is that the platform allows our global company to acknowledge others worldwide for the effort and behaviors that matter to us as an organization. Embedded in our Company intranet, what we call our Community, colleagues can share comments in real-time from customers, clients, colleagues and global supply chain partners. It has kept recognition energy alive and at high levels. We value team recognition and individual recognition. Because of the easy-to-use platform, we brought two merged companies with similar values and beliefs. We shared what was good about each of them, helping the two companies become one faster, with more appreciation for the other with positive energy.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

Terry Berry's GiveAWow product is a fantastic software to address any and all employee recognition and engagement needs a company has. There are a lot of different features to choose to include or leave out, depending on your needs and your company. Their programs are really easy and user-friendly. In addition to the great software, I really appreciate the team. Everyone I have worked with at Terry Berry has been fantastic - very helpful, informative, and kind!

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

Sometimes there are technical glitches or limitations, but Terry Berry seems to address technical issues in a timely manner. They also seem to be constantly working on software feature updates, which is nice! Those updates should be communicated a bit better, however.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Terry Berry's GiveAWow program for peer-to-peer recognition, service milestone awards, birthday posts, and various surveys can be delivered via the Recognition Mailbox feature. All of these things being in one place makes it a lot easier for our team to use and see everything. The reporting helps us better understand recognition and morale trends within each department or level as well.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

Keeping my staff interested and motivated is my biggest concern as a team manager. For this, Terryberry is the ideal solution. Recognization and awards are made simple by its various features and user-friendliness. The support team is always on hand to assist with any issues, and the customer service is superb.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

There might be bugs or technical restrictions with Terryberry, but from what Ive seen, they fix any problems right away. By consistently delivering updates with new features, they also show a dedication to always developing their programme, which is fantastic to see. To make sure people are aware of the changes, it would be advantageous if they increased their communication with reference to these upgrades.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Colleagues can share real-time feedback from clients, customers, coworkers, and international supply chain partners on our companys intranet, known as our Community. The recognition energy on this platform has been effectively maintained at a high level. We give equal weight to team and individual honours. Due to the platforms user-friendliness and ability to integrate two merging businesses with comparable values and ideals, it was made possible. We were able to draw attention to the benefits of each business, facilitating a speedier and easier transition while creating respect and enthusiasm for one another.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I enjoy that the program is mostly managed by them and we don't have a lot of admin work/hours put into managing it. It's a simple platform. We chose Terry Berry over others for our Years of Service program mostly due to the fact that we could limit it to physical items,so us and our employees would avoid paying taxes on what they receive. It works for what we wanted to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

We've had a lot of login issues with our website. Often the site crashes and you have to reload it. I also wish there was a buy up option for points, so if an employee was short, they'd be able to get what they want. There is a lot of items on the site, but we would always enjoy more options.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gifting our employees for their years of service. Everyone gets rewarded and everyone gets the same amount depending on their years, which makes the program fair to all our employees and takes the responsibility off of manager's to remember and find a gift.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

Our team loves to be recognized for their years of service (retention) with a Terryberry award!  We launched this program a few years ago and it has become something anticipated by our team!  It helps us put action to our appreciation.  It's wonderful that team members can select their gift from a catalog, so they can choose something they will personally enjoy.  As a company, we got to establish at what service intervals we would offer service awards, and what dollar range for each level.  This has helped us to budget and reward our team!

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

Our only wishlist item was that there were even more reward options.  It seems like there are certain categories that have a strong presence, but we think there could be other, more diverse options to offer in each dollar range.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team member retention is definitely a focus for everyone these days.  Our years of service awards through Terryberry help us celebrate, reward and acknowledge team members for their great loyalty to our company.

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

I feel very supported by everyone at Terryberry. I'm new at this job, and new at working with a recognition program so I'm extra needy :)  I never feel silly for asking questions and I feel comfortable reaching out to anyone on any team from finance to reporting.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

The only hiccups we have had is in the billing department. But the TerryBerry staff have been thoughtful, helpful, and collaborative in tackling the issues we have been having.

So many of our employees are remote and living around the world. This system has brought connection and excitement around recognition for those that are not 'near' each other. Its easy to use and well received overall.

What I like most about Terryberry is the focus on Recognition and their commitment to improving the platform.  Terryberry does a great job at helping an organization develop a culture of recognition.  Other great benefits to the service are the webinars they host with excellent guest spots helping fill in the learning gaps on recognizing your employees.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

I believe there is still some work to be done on the rewards catalog when it comes to cost to value.  The most recent upgrade is a great start though and Terryberry is always willing to work with their clients to do what is best for them.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terryberry provides an excellent tool for fostering a culture of recognition.  Employee involvement continues to improve as employees recognize each other.  Our employees enjoy using the platform!

**What do you like best about Terryberry?**

Friendly customer service, reasonably easy-to-use portal, good selection of redemption gifts, and overall system reliability.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

Portal features somewhat lacking compared to competitors, lack of intuitiveness in gift redemption process, occasional technical problems that can take a while  (and multiple attempts) to resolve.

**What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a platform to manage our recognition efforts, and Terryberry largely accomplishes that goal. We're looking to make some adjustments to point tiering and redemption options later this year.

My account reps at TerryBerry were very responsive and worked well together as a team.  We worked with Michelle Nedved to redesign our anniversary awards this year.  She helped me with design ideas and artwork.  Then Crystal Smith helped with the order, making sure we received it in time for our awards dinner.  Very happy with the new designs and the whole process!

No downside I can think of - my experience was great!

A lot of feedback we have shared over the years has not been addressed. (Funding issues, reports failing). Sounds like they will be addressed soon though.

The customer service. They are incredible and always willing to help. Their communication skills are what really sells the company for us. I can email them, even a few hours before our portfolios are ready and they respond and fix any of my issues instantly.

The only thing I can think of is nit-picky. I wish the system would remove my old file when I upload a new updated file so that it doesn't have the potential of causing a mix-up. My customer service agent didn't make any mistakes, but we are all human and the more we can minimize the potential for mistakes to be made, the better!

I recommend having a meeting with your chain of people in TerryBerry. They're wonderful!

What I like most about Terryberry is that it allows the employee to choose a gift of appreciation that matches their personal wants, interests, or needs.

The only downside that I can think of is that when a gift is selected, the box doesn't always have the person's name on it to know who it belongs to.

Products are high quality, ship quickly and allow personal choice by employees.

In an organization that was not celebrating or recognizing anniversaries in the past, Terryberry has allowed us to take the step forward in showing our appreciation, but in a meaningful way to the employee.  Instead of choosing a trinket, or a shirt, or a pin to give our employees, we are providing them with the choice of their anniversary gift and having that be something that they can use in their daily lives that is relevant to their needs.

This program has great service from Terryberry and employees truly appreciate the program because they get something from the company they can use and not toss in a drawer and never see again.

There is nothing to dislike about this program.  The employer can select gifts in price ranges that meet their program budget.  Terryberry does all the work and we get the "thank you" from the employee.

My best recommendation is that I used Terryberry for 15 years at my last job and when asked to set up a program at my current job, Terryberry was the first place I called.

The software is easy to use, both for the end-user and administrators. Easy to give and view recognitions company-wide and excellent back end reports that can be customized.

The "showcase" function did not really work as I had hoped for. This is very minor, but the "Give A WOW" button is not obvious or intuitive on the website, and it is its main function.

Terry Berry is an easy to use program, with an excellent catalogue of awards. They are very flexible to meet varying requirements for a program and provide good support services when needed. I like the back end reports for administrators and how customizable they were.

TerryBerry gives the organization an easy way for leaders and peers to provide positive feedback and thanks to others. We have tied it to our HSE program to help improve engagement.

Terryberry makes sure everything goes smoothly and easily.   They have great customer service and are very flexible to meet the company's needs.  Terryberry is very competitive to others.

Shipping charges arent built into the gift prices so at times can be hard to budget.  They work with you though to help find ways to reduce shipping costs and we appreciated all the work arounds they did.

If you want a company that is professional and easy to work with Terryberry is the way to go!

They sent out reminders, certificates,  etc.  They helped with time-consuming duties that I was gladly able to relinquish to them.  They are very accomodating and will do their best to fulfill special requests that come up.

Lots of errors in reporting/funding and we don't see them until a user sends us the error. Terryberry unfornately takes a while to fix most of the errors. It seems like WE find the errors and Terryberry isn't seeing them until we tell them.

Auto upload, SSO login. Such a great team we work with at Terryberry. Ashley is ON IT and very responsive. She is getting all our bugs worked out.

For some employee's who do not use a computer it's a little bit of organizing involved to have them all use one computer in the office but it does to work we haven't not had any issues.

I enjoy the user portal - it is easy to use and makes product selection effortless. I also enjoy customer support. They are quickly reachable through email and are prompt to reply.

**What do you dislike about Terryberry?**

The diversity of products - I wish there were more innovative, new-market items for selection. I think it would be beneficial to increase product offerings that way people have a greater choice.

We were not solving any problems but working towards enhancing the user experience. Before last month, I did not know the user portal existed and the Terry Berry support team took time to walk me through it's navigation and usage.
