I like the wide variety of options available for employees to cash in their points. We have a lot of people who enjoy buying things, and the gift cards are super popular. It's really valuable because our employees have different interests, and it's tough to reward them with something that everyone likes. By assigning them a dollar amount worth of points, they can buy whatever they want, which avoids disappointment and makes everyone happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only issue is with having to upload an entire file of all participants each time someone joins or leaves the company, and having to upload a file to reward points rather than just being able to click on their profile and assign points that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
