I like Terryberry for its personal and interactive feel. It provides lots of options, making it easy to celebrate and recognize employees' birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and accomplishments. We can post announcements and share what's going on around the company. Additionally, I think Terryberry offers more and better features compared to others, and the initial setup was easy. Customer service response time could be better, as it currently takes 2-3 days to get a response and sometimes it's very vague. I've had to follow up a few times and having an actual person follow up would be helpful. Additionally, there are login and website issues that need attention.
