This is a great way to encourage not only managers, but employees as well, to recognize good behavior. It adds an extra layer of visibility, helping people acknowledge and show appreciation for the things that are often taken for granted or overlooked.
I also like that there’s a selection of rewards for employees, so they can choose items that have value and meaning to them. That feels much nicer than a generic gift card or other less personal forms of recognition.
It’s easy to use, and the user interface is straightforward to navigate and understand. I do the training to explain the process to employees, and people consistently find it easy to follow and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I disliked was that birthday and milestone recognitions disappeared immediately after the date passed. Sometimes I missed them, and there wasn’t an easy way to look them up if I needed to reference the dates a few days later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
