I love Terminalfour as a CMS. The product allows for custom code, system-wide consistency features, including mirroring content, and navigation objects to bring content from one area of the site to the other. User groups and permissions are easily manageable. Section and content links allow the system to warn you about broken links when deleting content, and the system shows you where the links are. Some of our pain points are we wish we could customize workflow emails a bit more to include more information about what content needs to be reviewed and add in other useful information. We would love to see this added in the future. It would also be helpful to be able to exclude sections within a branch that users have access to. The permissions are inherited by down the branch, which in most cases, is fine but there are always those special cases where it would be nice. Also, It would be awesome if we could set up review dates for entire sections vs each piece of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
